Reviews of local pros in Berlin, Massachusetts

I saw Chris’s post in my local town’s Facebook group, and I decided to hire him for our fall cleanup. We have a lot of leaves and Chris did an amazing job getting rid of the leaves and mowing afterwards. He is a very nice and professional young man. He responded very quickly to my first phone call and got us a quote right away. He then texted me the day before he was coming and then on the day he came he texted me his estimated arrival time. Very good communication skills. We would highly recommend him!

I am forever grateful to Chris Indresano Landscaping. I called today at the end of a huge winter storm, having never hired this company before. I had an unusual request for complete snow removal in a small horse paddock for my injured horse who cannot be in deep snow. Chris had someone there in an hour, and they did an exceptional job. My horse is back outside, safe, and happy, thanks to Chris's stellar service!

They do great work

Did a great job with a lot of our trees. Very happy with their service.

Honest work at honest prices. Kevin is very knowledgeable and his team did a great Job. Would highly recommend.

Kevin and crew turned my patchy, brown lawn into a lush, green one, and kept it that way for over 20 years. There is no one else I would recommend for any landscaping task that you would want done to your property.

Working with Kevin and Wachusett Tree has been fantastic and we highly recommend their services. Kevin is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and communicative and his team always leaves our property better than they found it. We have had trees removed, trees planted, plants delivered and planted, and as well mulch, stone, and loam products delivered. Wachusett Tree is always a pleasure to work with and we look forward to enhancing our property with them for years to come.

If you need trees trimmed these are your guys. This was not an easy trim with the fence and the hill on the other side. A very hot humid day - 90 degrees with feels like of 97.

Kevin and his team have worked at my home over the last 30 years. They just finished a job for me a couple of weeks ago All I can say is that the team worked efficiently and did a great job.

The jobs he does are, in general low in cost as compared to other companies who have lots of capital to pay for. These guys are the best tree climbers I’ve seen .

I recommend Wachusett Tree to work for on your home.

"Trinity Irrigation absolutely nailed it! Fixed my broken sprinkler system in no time, and the price was super reasonable. Team was professional and friendly. 5 stars, will definitely call them again! 💯"

Trinity Irrigation has been taking care of my home’s sprinkler system, and they’ve been outstanding. They’re incredibly responsive and always seem available when you need them, which is rare these days.

What really stands out is their honesty and approach to repairs. They consistently look for the most cost-effective solution instead of pushing unnecessary work, which I really appreciate.

They’re also on top of everything seasonally. I never have to remember when it’s time to start up or shut down the system because they’re already reaching out.

Reliable, fair, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Ed and his team did the impossible! I have called so many companies to bore under my driveway for irrigation and electricity to my pond and sprinklers. When others said they couldn't they persevered and did it! I am so happy with their work!

Poor service over all. Stay away from this company. Was a night mare

Replaced sprinkler heads and routine maintenance.

Top notch!! Best Irrigation Company hands down. I recommend Trinity to all my clients.

These guys said they had winterized my sprinkler then in mid-January I come home to water spraying everywhere outside my house and my basement flooded. Never responded to email or voice message about the issue.

If you’re thinking about irrigation system, Trinity irrigation are the ones you want to call. Professional, fast, and thorough. highly recommend !!

They installed the irrigation system and the landscape lighting. Very pleased with the work. Ed and his team did an awesome job. And their pricing was very reasonable too. Great service.

BEWARE! Contacted this company for estimate to replace one part of my system - quoted $900 just for the part, I ordered it myself on Amazon for $140. After multiple aggressive calls from them I said I was no longer interested in their services and the woman says "Oh well in that case its a $100 charge for the estimate" Are you kidding me!?! GFY!

Trinity has provided service on 2 occasions for winterization and fixing of a broken zone solenoid. I have been very happy with their service, responsiveness, and efficiency. They were helpful in answering any questions I had. Money well spent!
