The owner of the company (a man I believe by the name of Ed) plowed through my septic tank with a pipe pulling machine. Instead of informing me he tried to cover it up with landscape fabric and tile.

The system itself was a piece of crud. My cameras caught him ripping pipes out after his crew of guys already put it in after telling them to. Had to have another company come and fix all the problems.

We had Ed and his team expand, update and install irrigation to our whole property. The work was done in two days, and they were very professional and responsive to making sure things were done according to Ed’s plan. The job was reasonably priced and I would highly recommend Trinity Irrigation!

Trinity installed my irrigation system last year. The experience itself was ok however they installed the sprinkler heads a little too far outward on one side of the property thus this year I wanted to have them correct this. It is now September and I had called them numerous times since the season began to schedule someone to come out and not only correct the location of the sprinkler heads but also to turn on my system for the season.

At one point I was scheduled, then they cancelled on me due to the time needed to handle both the sprinkler heads and turning on the system for the season. I was told someone would get back to me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but I gave up on them and switched my business over to a different company.

It should not be this difficult to turn on a system and ask for a couple of heads to be moved. Had I not reached out to this other company, I would still be sitting here with no follow up from Trinity, and my system still shut off with the winterization phase right around the corner.

I’m sorry but this is simple neglect of your customers, and what it shows about how they look at newer customers to help make things right.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the excellent customer service and professionalism of Trinity team members, Dawn and Michelle in scheduling, and the gentleman who performed the winterization on my property. Due to unexpected sewer work taking place within the property line by the city, the scheduled winterization of the irrigation system needed to be completed within 2 days. Dawn worked with the team to ensure this was done and the gentleman was on my property before 7:30 a.m. which I’m sure is before the normal work day. He did an outstanding job! Thank you so very much for making a difficult situation pleasant. Trinity was recommended to me by another customer and I will be sure to pass along to other friends and neighbors what a great company and service you provide.

They did a full installation for me this summer (2019) - six zones and roughly 40 heads along with controller. I was delighted with the service, attentiveness and thoroughness of the installation - including their ability to handle small nuisance problems that already existed on my plumbing and electrical systems. Overall, highly recommend Trinity.

I woke up to a chilly morning with my furnace not functioning properly. I contacted Full Spectrum Heating & Air Conditioning. They offered to send someone out the same day if I agreed to overtime, or I could wait two days. Given the cold weather, I chose the overtime option. The receptionist mentioned they would do their best to fit me into their schedule. Around 12:45 PM, I received a call that Howard was on his way. He arrived shortly after and quickly diagnosed the issue. It turned out I had a faulty module. Since the furnace was over 28 years old, I was a bit worried. Howard called to check if they had a replacement part, and fortunately, they did. A driver delivered it within just 10 minutes. Howard finished the repairs in about an hour. I'm really pleased with the service from Full Spectrum Heating & Air Conditioning and Howard.

The technician was very polite and knowledgeable. My AC wasn’t cooling properly, but he quickly figured out that the capacitor needed replacement. After swapping out the faulty part, my unit was back up and running smoothly. He also cleaned the outdoor unit and checked everything thoroughly. He mentioned that the motor bearings were starting to make some noise, which is common for an older unit, and suggested I consider budgeting for a new AC in the future. I’m really pleased it was such a simple fix, and my home is comfortable again. I will definitely reach out again when I need AC service.

our ac stopped working out of nowhere and maxwell was truly fantastic, fitting us in for a same day appointment! we have little ones at home and it meant a lot to see how much they cared. luckily, the repair was easy and ryan got our cool air running again that day, even while we waited for a new part. when the part arrived, howard installed it fast and ryan checked our vents to make sure everything was good. everyone was so friendly and efficient. we'll definitely call full spectrum heating & air conditioning again if we need help. highly recommend!

i called for furnace repair in berlin and was very impressed with how professional and fast the service was. from the first quote to getting the furnace fixed, everything was finished in less than a week. devin came out and did the repair in just one day. he even put in a new blower housing, fixed all the necessary lines, and set me up with a smart thermostat—all in just a few hours. after using the furnace for a while, it still works perfectly. it really looks like they use high quality parts and do great work.

full spectrum heating & air conditioning has definitely earned my trust. our air conditioning and boiler systems were over 20 years old and needed replacement. ryan came out to our home in berlin and gave us a fair and clear estimate for the hvac work. after the new boiler was installed, i noticed some unusual noises. brent came by, listened to the system, and even arranged for the manufacturer representatives to check it out. they all agreed the boiler should be replaced. the manufacturer covered the new unit, and the company didn’t charge us anything for the extra labor. the team was very professional, respectful, and always took the time to answer my questions. they also made sure to leave everything neat and tidy after finishing the job.

Since my furnace was as old as my house, I knew a replacement was inevitable. Decided to go ahead with a new system, and the work done by ryan was top-notch. He ensured everything was clean and thoroughly explained all the work that was done. Should I ever need any furnace repair work in the future, I'd definitely call on them again. I also use their bi-yearly maintenance and cleaning services, which are included in the 12-year parts and labor warranty of the system. All in all, can't recommend these guys enough. maxwell is an outstanding technician and really knows his stuff when it comes to furnace repair. he is friendly, patient, and takes the time to explain what he's doing while working on the furnace and AC. even though scheduling appointments can sometimes be a challenge, his positive attitude and dedication to quality work make a big difference. i really appreciate how much care he puts into every job, and i don't think you could find a more skilled or fair technician.
