I woke up to a chilly morning with my furnace not functioning properly. I contacted Full Spectrum Heating & Air Conditioning. They offered to send someone out the same day if I agreed to overtime, or I could wait two days. Given the cold weather, I chose the overtime option. The receptionist mentioned they would do their best to fit me into their schedule. Around 12:45 PM, I received a call that Howard was on his way. He arrived shortly after and quickly diagnosed the issue. It turned out I had a faulty module. Since the furnace was over 28 years old, I was a bit worried. Howard called to check if they had a replacement part, and fortunately, they did. A driver delivered it within just 10 minutes. Howard finished the repairs in about an hour. I'm really pleased with the service from Full Spectrum Heating & Air Conditioning and Howard.

The technician was very polite and knowledgeable. My AC wasn’t cooling properly, but he quickly figured out that the capacitor needed replacement. After swapping out the faulty part, my unit was back up and running smoothly. He also cleaned the outdoor unit and checked everything thoroughly. He mentioned that the motor bearings were starting to make some noise, which is common for an older unit, and suggested I consider budgeting for a new AC in the future. I’m really pleased it was such a simple fix, and my home is comfortable again. I will definitely reach out again when I need AC service.

our ac stopped working out of nowhere and maxwell was truly fantastic, fitting us in for a same day appointment! we have little ones at home and it meant a lot to see how much they cared. luckily, the repair was easy and ryan got our cool air running again that day, even while we waited for a new part. when the part arrived, howard installed it fast and ryan checked our vents to make sure everything was good. everyone was so friendly and efficient. we'll definitely call full spectrum heating & air conditioning again if we need help. highly recommend!
