The receptionist mentioned they would do their best to fit me into their schedule. Around 12:45 PM, I received a call that Howard was on his way. He arrived shortly after and quickly diagnosed the issue. It turned out I had a faulty module. Since the furnace was over 28 years old, I was a bit worried. Howard called to check if they had a replacement part, and fortunately, they did. A driver delivered it within just 10 minutes. Howard finished the repairs in about an hour. I'm really pleased with the service from Full Spectrum Heating & Air Conditioning and Howard.
