Great service from A&L plumbing and they seemed knowledgeable and proficient for the regular service of my oil boiler. The office did a good job of communicating that they were delayed from the last job. The team was respectful of my house and even wore boot covers to prevent tracking stuff in. I would definitely consider this business for my future service or repair needs.
From their document: " Although it is possible to cancel the membership at any time, please note that there will be no reimbursement for any remaining months" Be very careful with these fine prints. I canceled their yearly service and claiming this not well worded cancellation policy they would not reimburse me for 2 two heating systems not have been serviced. So they get away with charging for services not rendered. I had water and filter monitors installed that worked even when I switched providers and also because I made the mistake of "buying them" no reimbursement was adequately given. I will not give to many details..
Very responsive when my old furnace stopped working and was not repairable. Their employees were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I especially liked the text notifications displaying their live travel and eta (no more wondering when someone will show up).
A&L Plumbing installed 2 HVAC systems for me over the past 3 months. Paul, Shawn, Mark and Lucas were professional, knowledgable quick to respond and friendly. They answered all of my questions and kept me informed on the progress of our project. I recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.
DO NOT hire these people. The office girls are very nice but overall they're thieves. They charge $315 JUST to "diagnose" the problem even though the problem that I had with my water heater, they did not diagnose it. We then called them back to see if they'll come back and they told us there was nothing they could besides installing a new tank (for $5k). I called a plumber who actually knows what he's doing and FIXED the problem for $90 less. Terrible experience, I would not recommend at all.
I don't always write reviews but was compelled to do so with A & L Plumbing. I had a leak in my kitchen faucet. It started leaking even when the faucet was off. A & L answered my call, sent someone out, they sent me a text that allowed me to track where the technician was and when he would arrive. He was there within 1 hour of my initial call!! When he got there, he was professional, communicated clearly, fixed the problem and even gave me some tips on how to avoid it in the future. The price was very fair, especially when considering the excellent level of knowledge, communication and service. Do not hesitate to use them for any Plumbing, Heating or Cooling needs.
