Recently, I had a problem where animals got under my house and damaged a lot of the ductwork, which caused my heating bill to go up since all the warm air was leaking outside. They sent Erick and Samuel out, and they quickly repaired the ductwork and made sure everything was working perfectly again. I can honestly say this is the most trustworthy service I’ve ever used! Samuel and Jonah are both friendly and reliable. The quality of their work is outstanding. I had Samuel come out to check my furnace at my old home. I asked if it needed to be replaced, and he advised me that it wasn’t necessary. A year or two later, I had Samuel service my AC unit, and he suggested replacing it this time. When I inquired about the furnace again, he still recommended keeping it. After moving to my new home with oil heat, I decided to switch to gas. I called for service, and Jonah arrived right on time and offered me a very reasonable price. Once again, the workmanship was top-notch. I asked if I should replace my AC unit, and Jonah recommended that I hold off. I got ten great years out of that unit until this year. When I called for service, Samuel came out promptly, assessed the unit, and suggested it was time for a replacement. I am consistently satisfied with this service. Overall, I highly recommend them.
