I run a mechanic shop in the Worcester area. My heater broke down yesterday, And I called Peterson oil and they sent one of the techs to take a look at it after spending 3 hours and charged me a arm and a leg it ran for 10 minutes and stoped working again after he left. I called a buddy of mine And he referee me to Shawn, he came down today within 10 minutes he figured it out and my heater was up and running again!! Thank you!!

Felt Taken advantage of, charged me $230 to come out to look at my HVAC system and to give me a estimate on replacement. Everyone else gave me a free estimate. Did not even give me a receipt. Called and emailed several times asking for a receipt and a explanation as to what the $230. was for never sent one. Sent me a estimate though for replacement and that was several thousands of dollars higher than all other estimates. .
