Charged 187.50 for a house visit to look at water heater. Web site says free estimate. Checked igniter and determined we would need a new heater. Gave 2000 dollar estimate. I said I would discuss an d thanked him for estimate. 1 month later I receive a bill for “work” done on visit. I was told that the rate was for non business hours. He came on a Friday morning! And he claims he discussed rate over phone! Avoid this company. I feel Tom took advantage of me and billed me out of spite because I took my business elsewhere.
