After being away for a week, we returned to a cozy home that just wouldn't cool down. I reached out to Comfort Masters Heating when they opened at 7:30 am and was told it might take a day or two for service due to a high volume of calls during the heat wave. To my delight, I received a call at 8:20 am from the technician who said he could come right away. Russell arrived around 9 am and in about an hour, he checked the system, cleaned the condenser coils, added freon, and got the cool air flowing inside. Overall, it was the best service experience I've ever had—more affordable than I expected and a much quicker response than anticipated. I wouldn’t think of using another company for our heating and air needs, and you shouldn’t either!

I've been relying on this AC repair service for the entire 8 years I've been in Wayland, and they've never let me down. Just a few weeks ago, Manuel and Russell installed a full building AC system in my condo, along with temperature detectors with automatic cut-off ability. I did some price comparisons, and as always, I found their rates to be fair and reasonable. The project was completed in a timely manner, and they answered all my questions once the job was done. What I appreciate most is getting straightforward answers from Manuel, and he's also a pleasant fellow. Their communication and customer service are top-notch as well.

We hired a team for the installation of a new heat pump and air handler in our home. The installation was done in a timely manner. The system came with a wi-fi thermostat that needed a complicated setup, and my wife and I needed assistance. Technician Joe came to our home on a weekend to help us out. Joe is very skilled not just in heater repairs and installations but also knows a lot about programming smart devices. He successfully linked the thermostat to our phone and computer. We are really happy with the new system installation and especially appreciated Joe's patience and friendly attitude towards us, who aren't very tech-savvy. I would give this service a 5-star rating.
