Yesterday, i had my regular maintenance check on my a/c and furnace. I noticed the house was cooling down slowly. ernest, the service technician, came to take a look. He opened up the furnace and found that it was frozen. Since the system was already 18 years old, i decided it was time for a replacement instead of repairs. ernest gave me some good options and i chose a new tempstar system. I also got a new hot water heater installed because my old one was also 18 years old. The whole team who worked on the installation was very professional and friendly. The entire process was easy and smooth, and they made sure to leave everything neat and clean when they were done. marvin and jared helped with installing the central a/c, furnace, and water heater. raymond from champion heating & air conditioning came by to bring the right air filter for my hvac system and took the time to show me exactly how to install it and how often it should be replaced. he also explained that the ceiling filter in my family room wasn't necessary with my new hvac setup, so he removed it for me, making sure my system runs efficiently. raymond walked me through using my new thermostat, including how to switch between heating and cooling modes, which is really helpful with the changing seasons in ma. he was very patient and made sure i understood everything about my heating and cooling system. it was a great experience, and i really appreciated his knowledge and helpful attitude.

Champion Heating & Air Conditioning: the perfect choice. It all started when i needed to have my ac condenser moved to help with some repairs at my house in Auburndale. The home owner's association wanted the air conditioning unit behind my house moved so workers could get to a pipe. I called Champion Heating & Air Conditioning and spoke with Marvin. Marvin did a great job organizing the move of my old condenser into the garage so the repair work could be done. The ac system was pretty old, so i thought it was a good time to upgrade everything. Marvin gave me two good options to choose from, and i picked the better one, a new XR14 air conditioner and a S8V2-C gas furnace. When it was time for the new stairs to be installed in my basement, i needed the central air unit hooked up first. Marvin again made sure everything happened smoothly, and this time Raymond came to help with the installation. Marvin even stopped by to double check that everything was going right. He made sure the new system matched the size of my home, and now my whole house is cooled evenly. Before, the upstairs was always much warmer than the downstairs, but now it feels comfortable everywhere. Raymond also turned the unit so the filter is easier to replace, which really helps. The system also has an aprilaire for humidity control. i'm really happy with the work and wanted to share my good experience so others in Auburndale can benefit too.
