I am very impressed with the heater repair service I received. My heater stopped working during the coldest days in Waban, and they were able to send someone out within 48 hours! I was worried they would tell me my heater was too old to fix and try to get me to buy a new system, but that didn't happen. Barry quickly found the problem, which was a faulty part, and was able to repair my old heater the same day for a fair price. I’m very happy with Barry’s work—he arrived on time, was professional, and friendly. After fixing the heater, he also checked my furnace and noticed a small leak, suggesting I get it serviced before using it again. He never pressured me into buying a new unit. When I need more work done, I will definitely call them again.

Champion Heating & Air Conditioning provided exceptional service for our air conditioning needs. We had a new unit installed, and the installation was handled very professionally by honest technicians. After selling our home, we needed assistance with our other AC unit. Barry answered my call personally in the evening and had one of his team members at my house early the next morning. They serviced our AC with some basic cleaning and, impressively, there was no charge for this service. It was a generous gesture to thank us for our previous business. This kind of service is truly remarkable! I highly recommend this company for all your AC needs; they will ensure you are well taken care of and address any issues you may encounter.
