I reached out to several companies before Comfort Masters Heating came in to handle our installation. With R-22 refrigerant becoming scarce and pricey, we were in a tough spot when our old AC unit stopped working. The average quote just for replacing the compressor and refilling the R-22 was around 3k. Edward was very straightforward, advising us that getting a completely new unit was the best option, which was what other companies suggested too. He took the time to explain everything in detail without pressuring us to make a quick decision. In contrast, other companies quoted higher prices and were quite insistent about scheduling the installation almost immediately. Ultimately, we decided to go with Comfort Masters Heating, and a week and a half later, Edward arrived early for the installation. He completed the job ahead of schedule and took the time to explain everything that was done and how to get the most out of our new system. Edward was also very courteous and made sure to leave our home clean. I don't typically write reviews, but he truly deserves this one! We now have a brand new AC unit, and the installation was done very professionally and looks great. Choosing him was an excellent decision, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone. We will definitely rely on him for all our future HVAC maintenance and needs!
We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end with the complete removal and installation of our new heating and cooling system. Ruben did a thorough inspection of our old unit and gave helpful suggestions to improve airflow in our home. We used to have problems with uneven airflow and different temperatures in different rooms. While there wasn’t much they could do with the existing ductwork, they made the air returns bigger, recommended raising the furnaces off the floor for better airflow, and added curves in the ductwork to cut down on air restrictions. Now, we’re truly happy with how everything turned out. The comfort in our home is consistent, the new units work smoothly and quietly, and there’s no constant turning on and off. We hardly even notice the temperature anymore because it stays just right. Even though it was a big investment, it was completely worth it. We could have spent less, but we don’t think we would have gotten the same results. The price quote was competitive, but it was Ruben’s attention to detail that made the difference. The team was professional, on time, and handled every detail of the installation perfectly. Highly recommend!

I was really impressed with the service I got from Comfort Masters Heating. My furnace stopped working in Lincoln, so I called and spoke with a friendly and professional person who listened to my concerns. I couldn’t meet them the same day, but they showed up the next morning right on time. Ruben came out to check my furnace and explained clearly what was wrong and what my options were. Once I made my choice, he ordered the needed parts. As soon as the parts arrived, he sent out Edward and Josiah, who got everything fixed that same afternoon. Edward seemed to be leading, and Josiah looked like he might be in training, but both worked hard and didn’t waste any time. They wore masks in my house, which I appreciated, and they cleaned up everything before they left. Both were polite, professional, and respectful to my whole family. I like to understand how things work, and Edward patiently answered all my questions about the furnace repair and why certain parts were installed. Comfort Masters Heating installed a new heater system for our home. This winter, we started having trouble with the smart thermostat not talking to the furnace in the basement, so the heat wasn’t working right. During the service visit, Edward explained the problem was caused by a wiring issue that led to interference. He fixed the wiring and let us know the warranty would cover this visit, so there was no charge. I really appreciate how the company took care of the issue and fixed it for free.
