I called ThermaCare Heating, Air & Electric for an estimate on repairing two heaters in my two-story house. Bruce came out to assess the situation and provided a quote that was a little higher than my budget, but he worked with me to make it affordable and get my heaters running perfectly. I was very happy with Bruce and the excellent job the team did. The whole process was handled smoothly, and I appreciated the honesty and care shown throughout. I can't recommend this team enough!
It took me a bit to write this review, but I wanted to share my experience. When I bought my house in Concord, the furnace was already installed by the original company the previous owner had used. When I had trouble with my heating, I called them, and they quickly fixed the furnace the same day without any problems. Later, when I was away for work, my dad helped out because my furnace stopped working again. He found a local repair service to handle it fast, but after about a week, the furnace had issues again. This time, I was home and decided to call the original company since they knew my system. They came out that day and let me know I needed a new furnace unit. I always get three quotes for big jobs. The first company arrived within an hour and gave me a written quote a couple of hours later, even bringing it in person. The second company, the one my dad called, never showed up and only emailed a quote later. The third business visited late in the day, wrote a quick quote on-site but didn’t explain my options and only offered one choice. Out of all three, the first company gave me the best price and the most options. Patrick was the person who helped me, and he explained everything clearly and was very friendly. After this great experience with furnace repair and installation, I’ll be using them for any future HVAC needs. They really deserve this positive review.
What a fantastic world it would be if all businesses operated like this one! My first call to them was because my heater's thermostat was showing 84 degrees when I always set it to 76. From the moment I contacted them to when they arrived and resolved the issue, it took less than an hour. Yes, you read that correctly! They were honest and fair throughout the process. We also had them perform a full tune-up on our system. They mentioned that it might be time to start thinking about a new unit since our heater is 22 years old. We were aware that we were on borrowed time, as the technician who did the tune-up last year had already given us a heads-up about it. The previous technician installed a new thermostat and charged us significantly more than what we could find online, which is why we opted not to call him for the new AC installation. Instead, we reached out to ThermaCare Heating, Air & Electric, who came highly recommended. Now, we wouldn’t consider calling anyone else! When businesses treat people well, they earn loyal customers for life. They are truly doing things right, and I’m so glad we found this service!
We had a fantastic experience with this AC repair company. After another local service did a routine check on our air conditioner, the unit suddenly stopped working during a heat wave. That other company quoted us nearly $5,000 for repairs and promised a follow-up visit, which never happened. With elderly family members and pets at home, we needed help fast. We called Leonard right before closing time, and he responded quickly. Leonard was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and discovered that our AC unit was still under warranty, saving us a lot of money. Leonard not only fixed the problem efficiently, but he also followed up with us afterwards to make sure everything was still working well. It’s clear that he truly cares about his customers and isn’t just looking to make a quick buck. We’re very grateful for his honest work and will definitely use this company for any future AC repairs.
