a customer needed chimney cleaning in lexington and called a local company. after a chimney fire, they decided to use another service. they told me that when they hired herbert from the chimney sweep team, it was a great experience. he was very professional, polite, and really knew his way around chimneys. they said it was the best customer service they've had in ages. everything was handled with care and respect, and now their fireplace works perfectly. highly recommend for anyone needing a chimney sweep in the lexington area.

i recently had a chimney inspection at my home after having my chimneys worked on a few years back. the team showed up right on time, got to work cleaning and checking everything, and took the time to explain what they found. ross was the technician who helped us—he was super careful, really knew his stuff, and answered all of our questions. this visit was a perfect follow-up to when they rebuilt one of our chimneys and put on sturdy new chimney caps. i definitely recommend their chimney sweep services if you want your fireplace and chimney to be safe and ready for the cold weather.
