The HVAC team was very responsive, friendly, and clearly knew a lot about my AC system. It was great working with them. Thanks to their careful and detailed inspection, I didn’t have to buy a brand new unit. They also offered helpful tips on how to keep my system running well and showed me what I could do myself. As a new homeowner in Concord, I really valued their honest approach and clear explanations about the whole process and costs. We have depended on ThermaCare Heating, Air & Electric for years to handle our spring and fall maintenance checks on our HVAC systems, always receiving excellent service and helpful advice on keeping everything running smoothly. Recently, as we were getting ready to move in Concord, Theodore and Javier came out when our air conditioning unit stopped working right before our home inspection. The team worked hard to track down the unusual issue and fixed it quickly, which was a huge relief. They even discovered the faulty part was still covered under the manufacturer's warranty, saving us a good amount of money. The care and dedication shown by the staff really made a difference for us.

I'm not easily impressed, but when a professional goes above and beyond, they deserve recognition. I want to give a special mention for the outstanding heater repair service I received in my Concord home. I called ThermaCare Heating, Air & Electric for an estimate on repairing two heaters in my two-story house. Bruce came out to assess the situation and provided a quote that was a little higher than my budget, but he worked with me to make it affordable and get my heaters running perfectly. I was very happy with Bruce and the excellent job the team did. The whole process was handled smoothly, and I appreciated the honesty and care shown throughout. I can't recommend this team enough!
