This is literally my first google review ever.
This organization has been so deceitful and uncommunicative you bothered a millennial enough to create a google account & leave a review.

I'm sure the technician "did" a good job on my requested dryer cleaning service appointment but it's the overcharging, lack of communication, lack of proof and the practices of management/answering service and abhorrent lying that this review is about

Want to know what working with Beverly Smart Air Duct Cleaning is like? This is how it goes:

You call needing a dryer vent cleaning. The "answering service", in broken English and sentence fragments, schedule your appointment

You ask about price (so silly i mean who does that?)

Before they lie about how much it will cost they claim they are going to charge you $69 to "inspect" your vents but will waive it if they deem they want to.

no word on total cost just saying oh yeah well its $69 and then we tell you after it's done

If you ask about what the actual price is, they conveniently "forget" how to speak English and never give you an answer but they know that insurance companies require buildings to have their dryer vents inspected annually and are banking on those time sensitive situations as well as preying on women/wives who in all likelihood are going to be home during the cleanings that all happen during work hours

This company charges almost THREE TIMES AS MUCH as other dryer cleaning companies in the area, 3 times as much.

When the technician comes out he doesn't produce a receipt or an invoice or anything just says okay this "is $500, you pay"

Now it's not the inability to communicate, the 200% upcharging they pull on all customers (likely targeting and taking advantage of the elderly) it is the incompetency of their "management" and "answering service"

I have waited a week, have made 5 separate phone calls, have confirmed my information and requested a simple email of the invoice showing that a cleaning had been completed and every single time the incompetent answering service doesn't have an answer (the jokes write themselves)

they claim that they have sent over your information to "management" and they will "get back to you"

This is by far the worst customer experience I've had, and someone should investigate this company.

The amount of lint that came out of the duct was amazing—enough to fill a laundry basket! Billy did the job and his professionalism and work were great. I will now make sure to get my air ducts cleaned every year to keep the vents clear and help prevent any dryer fires.
