Alejo from EcoWave is great! I had a noise coming from one of my heat pump units and he quickly diagnosed it as a vibration in the fan. He also suspected that the vibration was caused by a build up of dirt on the fan. In 15 minutes, he cleaned the fan and reassembled the unit. The vibration was gone and the unit was as good as new!
