I was recommended to use this air duct cleaning service by a technician because my dryer vent was clogged. We’ve been in our house in Beverly for years and never had the vents cleaned before. The amount of lint that came out of the duct was amazing—enough to fill a laundry basket! Billy did the job and his professionalism and work were great. I will now make sure to get my air ducts cleaned every year to keep the vents clear and help prevent any dryer fires. Billy also put in a better dryer vent hose that is more sturdy than the old flexible one, and it works much better. I definitely give this air duct cleaning business 5 stars!

I recently had an excellent experience with Smart Beverly Air Duct Cleaning. Living in Beverly, I noticed that many homes in our community struggle with clogged vents every few years. My dryer was having issues, even though it was brand new! After chatting with neighbors, I learned that many recommended this company. From my first call, I felt reassured and confident. Our community prides itself on sharing honest reviews, and it's clear that good services stick around while the bad ones fade away. Smart Beverly Air Duct Cleaning has been a trusted name for a long time, and it’s easy to see why. When the technician, Miguel, arrived, he was very polite and calming. Although a regular vacuum might not seem impressive, his specialized equipment certainly was. He used a canister vacuum to show how much debris came out of the vents. Plus, he brought a camera on a stick to show us the cleanliness of the ducts. He meticulously brushed everything out, and while the vents didn’t look brand new, they were definitely clean, which is what really matters. Miguel suggested having the ducts cleaned every couple of years, but we had waited a full ten years! I’m already planning to call him again in two years. The service was affordable and efficient, and he even went up on the roof to clean there too. I wholeheartedly recommend Smart Beverly Air Duct Cleaning. They are fantastic!

Absolutely the best air duct cleaning service I’ve used! Miguel was very knowledgeable, patient, and honest throughout the whole process. I needed help because my dryer vent had a bad setup and could have turned into a dangerous problem. Before finding this company, I called a few other places but wasn’t happy with their advice. When Miguel arrived, he carefully inspected everything and offered a smart, safe temporary solution until the vent can be properly rerouted. My home is a bit older and doesn’t have an attic, so it made things a little tricky, but Miguel explained my options clearly. I followed his suggestion and picked up an indoor dryer vent kit to use for now, and everything is working great again. I’ll definitely reach out to this team when I’m ready to get the vent rerouted. Highly recommend for anyone needing air duct or dryer vent cleaning!
