We have HVAC installed 5 days ago. Semper Mechanical gave us very reasonable price. Each time, when call to the office, you speak to real people. They do excellent job. Highly recommend .

Semper was outstanding...I emailed the company for an appointment and Maria got back to me very quickly. Dan (technician) was friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable...patient and answered all my questions. Little details such as Dan putting on shoe covers before he entered my home demonstrates next level customer service.Veteran owned and operated too!
I can't recommend these guys enough.

I sought multiple quotes for our Dual heat pump project. I chose Semper not just because they offered a competitive quote, but because they were the most professional outfit of the 3 other well known competitors. Semper took a great deal of time to explain options, answer questions, completed another professional visit prior to the project commencing, to confirm everything.

In addition, they got us on the schedule within a reasonable period of time and every person associated with this company was exemplary. The project was a success and we saved thousands.

I had a great experience with Semper mechanical. They were able to come out within a day, gave me an excellent quote compared to local competitors, and performed a complete HVAC replacement within a week. The team was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and left everything from the mechanicals to my place neat and tidy. If you are looking for a company that isn’t going to try and sell you overpriced service plans and other nonsense. This is a very reputable company that will perform great service at a reasonable price.

My old furnace and air conditioner was nearing the end of its Life. I called Semper Mechanical Heating and Cooling; they came the next day for consultation; the technician Matt was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me choose a new energy-efficient Bosch system that fit my budget. The installation team was very professional, courteous and work very hard together. They
made sure understood how to use the new thermostat and they left the work area spotless; I am very satisfied with my new furnace and fantastic experience from start to finish highly recommend!!!

We got quotes from 3 different companies to install an AC system in our older home and chose Semper Mechanical. Their quote came in the middle range but we chose them because of their pricing transparency, patience with answering our many, many questions and concerns (all of which they answered), their expertise, professionalism, the excellent reviews, and the superb communication with the front office. The unit they installed was a 5-ton Unico High Velocity ducted system with a Rheem RD17AZ60. They had a very narrow attic/ crawl space to work in but were able to install the system within the timeframe given, efficiently problem solving any issues that came up. And they were always friendly and courteous. The system works beautifully and makes no noise which is wonderful. Thank you Semper for being easy to work with and for keeping our summers cool! I would highly recommend Semper Mechanical.

Semper Mechanical will not disappoint you with their service team. The technician Dan, came out to inspect my mini split a/c unit as it was not working properly and was so impressed with the service and the technical knowledge. Dan kept me informed through out the whole procedure. Clean, neat, being respectful, I would highly recommend Semper.

Today I had an excellent experience with Semper. My furnace stopped working suddenly, and they were able to come out the same day. Billy the owner sent Dan out and he was awesome. He was respectful, professional, and clearly knows his stuff . He diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything in a straightforward way, and had the heat back on without any problems.

Great company... Installed the new furnace in 1 day. Very happy with the new unit and the price. The best part about Semper Mechanical are the people!!! Dan had to make a special trip to check on the humidifier and he was awesome. Took the time to explain everything and did a great job. So pleased with the whole company.

I called with a service repair as my heat wouldn’t turn on as a recommendation from a family member who had used their services prior. R&R (Bob) came same day at the EXACT time they said they would. They figured out the problem, left to go get a part, came back and heat was back on within an hour of their return. Very friendly, explained the problem, and gave it to me straight. I highly recommend, it was like a close friend had come and fixed/serviced my furnace.

OH MY GOSH! We cannot say enough good things about Bobby and his team! We purchased our house last year (a fixer upper) and knew we'd need new a new HVAC system. Bobby came over super quickly, was SO friendly and helpful, and explained our options. He worked so hard to provide us options that worked for our needs and budget.

We have worked with A LOT of different contractors since buying our home, and R&R has really exceeded all of our exceptions. They're the only contractor that we've used that has been on schedule (or ahead of schedule), they've followed up regularly, provided fabulous customer service, and been so helpful and educating on all things HVAC related.

Anna Maria was such a great resource in the office too - helping us to navigate all the various Mass Save programs, responding quickly to questions or concerns, and facilitating the project being completely to schedule.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from R&R Heating & AC, LLC. Jacob and Bobby came out to perform a boiler service, repipe a leaking condensation pipe, and conduct a CO test. Both technicians were utter professionals who clearly knew their craft inside and out.

What really impressed me was their thoroughness and willingness to educate. They didn’t just complete the work and leave—they took the time to discuss preventative maintenance steps I could take on my own before my next service in the spring. It’s rare to find technicians who are both highly skilled and genuinely interested in helping customers maintain their systems.

We hired R&R to install central air through the Mass Save program and it was a great choice. Bob was kind, professional, and thorough, and his team members carried the same mentality.

Bob took the time to explain each step of the install process in detail, asked for our preference on things while still recommending best practices, and completed all of the work on schedule. Anna Maria was also a pleasure to work with; she took the time to guide us through the Mass Save process and stayed on top of everything.

It was a great experience and we intend on using them again to convert to an on-demand water heating system in the future.
