Highly recommended. Here’s why. I had been looking for someone to install our new furnance for over a month. Most of the firms I contacted didn’t even bother to get back to me. Soumadel was the exact opposite. With my first call to them, they asked for all the details of the project and then setup a visit to check it out in person at no charge to me. They came over as promised and examined everything and made an on the spot conclusion that they could perform the work meaning no waiting to hear back from them. The next day I had a quote that was very reasonable and I accepted it. They then set an install date of a few days away. They showed up on time, installed the furnance, disposed of the old unit and all the packing material leaving the basement neat and tidy. They tested the system to make sure everything was working properly, answered any questions I had, and it took them a total of about 3 hours from start to finish. I give them 5 stars on all counts. Competent, knowledgeable, professional, on time, customer friendly and fair prices. I would hire them again without any hesitation. They were fantastic!

Soumadel not only addressed the electrical issue impacting my HVAC but also worked on correcting past installation efforts by properly recirculating my air ducts so both the AC and heat come out of the proper vents. This will only add to the value of my unit and I am appreciative.

Soumadel HVAC came to my home to diagnose an issue with my air conditioning system. They were recommended by American Home Shield, a home warranty company we had a contract with.

After just a few minutes of looking around the house, without the use of any tools, he said that the problem with my system, which has worked flawlessly for my heating and AC needs for almost 10 years, is the ductwork. The ductwork which has been there, unchanged, for years. He quoted me $6800 to "fix" my system, just to collect his service fee and be on his way; without actually doing anything. How is my ductwork not allowing my AC condenser to spin, or preventing communication between the thermostat and the air handler?

Avoid this company. He is just plain lazy.

I was referred to Soumadel HVAC through AHS (American Home Shield) and didn't know what to expect. They were great. They promptly came out to diagnose a failed AC system (during a heat wave) and were able to not only diagnose the problem but fix it as well. The technician Mahdi was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Highly recommended!

Soumadel HVAC was very professional and knowledgeable about the HVAC problem for my house. They were on time and assessed the issue. Provided appropriate measures to rectify the furnace. Soumadel ordered the replacement unit and kept us informed throughout the whole process. We highly recommend Soumadel HVAC for all your needs.

This was the worst experience with a contractor that I have had in 20 years of hone ownership. My AC failed the first week of June and was not fixed until the second week of August. The technician did not correctly assess my systems, submitted an incorrect claim to my insurance provider and initially said that was my fault. Ultimately they resubmitted the corrected information, however, in the interim they never offered any concessions or options to alleviate the high heat we experienced in our bedroom during exceptionally high temperatures and humidity in the Northeast. I will never use the HVAC contractor again and do not recommend working with them.

Soumadel has serviced my HVAC system a couple times and I hired them to replace my lineset.
It took me a while to ultimately green light the lineset project with Soumadel, so I greatly appreciated their patience.
During the project, Madhi (owner) was very transparent with price and time expectations, he made sure I understood what was being done and why.
Overall I would recommend Soumadel for their HVAC services.

Mahdi came in and fixed a problem we had been having for months. He was very professional and explained the issue and how he was going to fix it before he did anything. When he was done, he made sure that the heat and AC all worked as they should and had me run everything to make sure as well. Highly recommend them. Will be using them in the future for any and all of my HVAC needs.

Our furnace broke down last week, in the midst of cold weather in the Boston Area. Soumadel HVAC LLC was extremely responsive to diagnose the issue with our 15 year old furnace and got our new furnace installed at a record speed, minimizing the days we had to live without proper heat in the Boston winters. They were always available and worked with us
step by step as we worked with our warranty service to get the replacement furnace. If we ever have any HVAC issue in the future, they are going to be our go to vendors. Highly recommended!

Our A/C stopped cooling the air on a massively hot day in late June. Soumadel HVAC was assigned to us and called me right away. I was squeezed into a very tight schedule for the next day. The problem was assessed within 10 minutes, Soumadel actually had the part we needed., and within a half hour, had our AC working like new. Very nice, very knowledgeable and would hire them again! Learned of Soumadel as response to house / appliance insurance policy - AC unit to main house stopped cooling during one of the hottest (and earliest) Boston summer heatwaves. Excellent customer service over the phone setting up time. Even when they had to delay by one day due to circumstances beyond their control, the interaction was very pleasant. The technician arrived on time and was able to both identify and rectify the issue very quickly. In no time, we were "cool" again. Recommend!!

Excellent customer service. The technician was able to troubleshoot and correct (on the same visit) an issue with my furnace that another company had struggled over and over with. Very personable and friendly. I will absolutely call upon their services in the future.

Soumadel HVAC LLC installed our new air condition unit. They were amazing, worked most of the day taking out the old system and installing the new system. They were pleasant, did their job efficiently, explained the new system, showed us how to change the filter and covered the basement carpet before bringing out the old and brought in the new system. My home warranty wasn’t great, but SOUMADEL did an amazing job keeping me in the loop were we were with everything. The unit works great and everyone he did the installation did an amazing job. They were on time, efficient, clean, and answered all of my questions. They also installed a cover for the outside drainage to improve the overall look of the unit. This company is TOP-NOTCH. They were contracted through American Home Shield to fix my central AC system. Due to the age of the system they were able to get a replacement system approved and kept me informed the entire process. American Home Shield isn’t an overly responsive company but Soumadel stayed on top of them. Installation day they were efficient and very respect of our home (wearing shoe coverings, putting down cardboard). I HIGHLY recommend them and will be using them in the future for all my HVAC needs.
