Jack was a dream! We are new homeowners with a plumbing emergency related to outdated automated air vents in our heating system. Jack got to our house in an hour and was able to resolve the problem in record time--including going out to get a necessary part. He was so fantastic that he will be doing any additional job for us. Thank you, Jack!!

I highly recommend Jack! He came out the same day and assessed our water heater. In less than 24 hours we had a new water heater installed. He was polite and kind.

I had a plumbing emergency when I returned home from vacation recently. It was a Sunday night and my only toilet wasn’t working. I called JD plumbing and Jack was able to come out right away replace the parts to the toilet and made it work better than it has it years. Jack was nice and professional and reasonably priced. I had an awesome experience with JD’s Plumbing and Heating! Jack came out to my new home in downtown Beverly and knocked out a long list of plumbing tasks all in one day. He flushed the on-demand water heater, changed the house filter, installed a shower head, snaked a slow drain, and even rebuilt a toilet — all quickly and efficiently. His pricing was very reasonable, and it’s such a bonus that he’s local to the neighborhood. Highly recommend JD’s for anyone in the area looking for a reliable and skilled plumber!

JD Plumbing is awesome , open to suggestions and so helpful . His response time was immediate!!! He is so polite and work is excellent. I rarely complain but one of the fixtures didn’t work in my room..his reply was ‘no problem..I’ll be back first thing in the morning to replace it’. I highly recommend this company.

Jack was very diligent and methodical to make sure all repairs were properly and neatly plumbed. Also he arrived promptly and coordinated with the city to have shut off service as the repairs were being made at the water meter.

They always return my calls in a timely manner. They are on time for scheduled appointments. Great at explaining what is needed to fix or maintain the heating or AC units.

Going on the third winter without our radiant heat because these guys disconnected it when replacing our boiler in 2021. They keep insisting it’s just a $2 part they need and they’ll swing right by and fix it (it was working perfectly before they disconnected it).
Such a bummer and so unprofessional.
