Helpful knowledgeable staff, having a deal on hanging baskets, everything was just gorgeous, she even dead-headed the spent flowers and tied on a red ribbon for it to be a present, above and beyond great service.

I love this place and the staff are always great. Wish they offered veggie plants in waves by when they should be planted but I get that people go crazy over that stuff

McCue's has a large variety of quality plantings, annuals and perennials. The pricing is average but considering quality it better value.

Went there desperately searching for fresh tall Xmas tree on 22nd, and it’s the only place that had a few left that were delivered to them 2 days before. Really fresh and beautiful!

The young lady at the shop was super helpful in helping us pick out a beautiful houseplant that would work in our low light conditions (no south or west windows), as well as helping us find one the right size for the planter we wanted to use.

Good selection. Prices a little high. $50 for a medium potted hydrangea is a bit expensive but overall the quality is good. Purchased a Rose of Sharon tree. No warranty. Hope it lasts.

Arrived at 6:59 PM to grab quick flowers because I was stuck in traffic. I was waived away telling me that they were closed. I own a small Business and have let go of employees that have done this to customers.

Nice worker girl behind the counter! Great flowers! Prices are not economy level, and today the music was WAY too loud - I could barely here the flower advice from the girl behind the counter.

That being said, the flower expert girl knew her stuff, was customer focused, and friendly too. And the flowers were excellent quality. So I DO recommend this place (also called McHugh The Florist)....

My husband and I purchased a 12 foot Christmas tree today. We were so excited to be able to have such a large tree, as we now have a house with a ceiling that would allow for that. It took a few people to get the tree in but we were successful. Unfortunately, when we stood up the tree in the base and tried to straighten the tree we realized that the trunk of the tree was curved. The curve of the tree would not support at tree that size to stand in the base. We had to actually take a chain saw into the house to cut down 2 feet to where the trunk start to straighten out a little, although it is still curved. I went to the outlet to ask if we could get some sort of refund as the curve of the trunk would not allow for a tree that size to stand straight in a base. Isabelle Rodriguez, the manager on at the time, denied our request. Another individual actually questioned how curved it could have been and appeared to be questioning the story. They said they could not see it. I have never been around as poor customer service as this in a long time. I paid $130 for a tree that I had to take a chain saw to in my own house. I was requesting that we pay the amount that was appropriate for a 10 foot versus 12 foot tree and they denied. I am disgusted by the lack of understanding and the questioning of what I was reporting. We will never be purchasing a tree from there again.
