CJ’s crew was very professional and skilled. From the initial message left, I received a quick call back and CJ came a few days later to look at our property. We had a dead tree on the side of our neighbors and didn’t want that to fall so we call Mattel’s after research of tree cutting companies in the area. They had the most reviews and positive. CJ gave his recommendations which we were looking for. We have a lot of trees and wanted to start removing some for more yard space. He gave us a great deal on adding more than the initial trees needed to cut down to reach the dead one.
His crew came in full force with a larger crane they own and it reached across our entire yard without needing to be moved from it’s initial starting point. CJ came to check progress but his team checked in with us before that. There were many trees neatly piled and they shredded a lot of branches too. When they were done, I thought they would need to maybe come back for all the trees but they cleaned up completely, wouldn’t even know they were there! We already told CJ we will be using this company again as we get more into our clearing project.

We called this guy and he was out for the estimate the next day. The work was done a few days later. Would highly recommend these guys. The owner CJ was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Met with the workers at another job they were doing. Showed them the tree I was asking to be removed. Quoted me a price and said we can do it this afternoon! I was surprised. They came down cut the tree and cleaned up incredibly fast. They have the equipment to do the big jobs. All the workers were professional. I can not recommend this group any higher! Awesome job done by the Martel crew! They were quick and professional, a great system they have in place with each job working seemlessly with the next - crane to cutter to chipper. I personally enjoyed watching “the show”, and was in awe how easy they make a dangerous job appear. They were so impressive my neighbor walked over and hired them on the spot to remove several trees from his lot same day. Price was awesome too!

CJ and his crew are fast, reliable and first class in their execution. Best prices by far of any tree company you can call. Highly recommend and plan on doing more business in the future!

Not only do I highly recommend them, I've hired them again, and will never use another tree service. The crew, the cleanup, communication and what they do is absolutely amazing.

We got quotes from several tree services and found Martel’s to be reasonable for the removal of 8 trees. These were large oaks that were leaning in all directions; two trees had fallen over the past few years and it was a huge safety issue for my neighbors and us. Martel had all the necessary equipment from the big crane to the chipper and plenty of professionals who worked in great harmony with each other. The removal of these trees was not easy; especially the one in the backyard. But they made it look easy. They were friendly and easy to work with. We asked them to drop some of the tree lengths into our neighbors yard so he could cut it down for his wood stove and they were happy to oblige. At the end, when all the trees were down they cleaned up the area, removing wood chips, small branches and leaves and saw dust. We are breathing a lot easier knowing that when the next storm hits we won’t have to worry about a tree coming down. Highly recommend Martel Crane Service & Tree Removal!

Had 6 trees removed. They made the entire process easy. Everyone was professional and responsive. Crew did an excellent job. Highly recommend.

Don’t trust this 5 star rating. It is from marketing robot review system. I trusted it and got horrible experience. CJ the owner was very rude and had no manners. His team risked their lives for cutting my trees. They sold my trees to someone else without talking to me. They left some trees in my yard and block my car movement. Don’t use them and find someone else like East Coast! Good luck.

Shawn (or Sean) and Tony and two other crew members are very professional and helpful. They did a good job cutting down some dead trees and trimming several live ones upon our request. Shawn clearly knew what he was doing and was jumping from tree to tree (with cable and harnesses) like a natural! It was amazing to see how they worked together as a team. Some serious damages were done in the end...... to the trees, 😆 Let the work speak for itself, lol.

The guys from Martel Tree removed over 20 trees from my property. Some were very big and touching power lines. The team did a GREAT job, it was a wonder watching them. They did a good cleanup after as well.

Great job, Hard working crew. I would recommend to anyone that is looking.

Quick estimate, same day as I called them, and work scheduled and completed the following day. I asked for something unusual: trim the tops of pine trees but leave the 70 feet plus trunks in place. They did what was asked. Cleaned up everything after, including the street. Only small complaint is that the estimator wasn't present for the actual work, but his instructions to the crew seemed complete, and the crew chief did check with me on one question.

Excellent Tree Removal Company! Superior Equipment (artillery of heavy trucks were on my site) that got the job done extremely FAST and efficiently! I had two trees removed and 3 Tree Stump Grinding.

Thought getting a dead pine removed from our property was going to be a nightmare(given its location) but Martel has some pretty damn good tree removing Ninja’s!

They offered a crane or bucket truck service and we opted for the later. They arrived on time and were gone in an hour. Professionalism was top-notch.

Especially thankful for the team being super careful around our patio and front / rear lawn.

Cannot say enough about my experience with CJ and Martel Tree removal. CJ was quick to provide a quote which beat all the others in the area, and his time did a fantastic job removing several difficult to reach trees. The speed and quality of work allowed us to move ahead with our renovation project, on schedule - not something you can say too often! Will definitely use again and recommend!

CJ and his crew are excellent professionals. They were all about safety first. They had all the equipment to remove 2 very large oak trees and a maple tree. They cut, chipped and cleaned up during the pouring rain. I highly recommend these professionals for a job well done!

Excellent work at a reasonable price. They removed six trees from my backyard including a massive oak that was leaning over the house. This tree measured 63" at the stump and was only about 10 feet away from the house and they got it out no problem. True pros, highly recommended.
