Pineau Landscape did a fantastic job on my property. They came in with fill and material to level the land where my new shed will be sitting. They also installed drainage pipe underground from the house gutters to middle of the yard to help disperse the rain water from the house. Basement has been dry ever since.

We hired them for a massive spring property overhaul that included a full spring cleanup, stump grinding, paver walkway repair, patio removal, and installing decorative gravel and mulch. Right out of the gate, Dave provided a detailed, professional quote so we knew exactly what to expect.

Anyone who has hired contractors knows that on big, multi-stage projects, a few minor adjustments are always needed. This is where Dave truly shines. He is completely accountable and stands 100% behind his work. When we needed to tweak some of the grading and move a few sprinkler heads around, he handled it immediately and professionally without a single complaint.

D.Martinez was initially very prompt in their responses and providing a quote. However, I believe they may have taken on more work than they could manage (especially given the rainy season) and the job we agreed on over a month in advance prior had never gotten fully completed (despite multiple outreach for an ETA) and then we were told it was too late in the season now to do it effectively. Had we known this, we would've sought out another landscaper who had time to get to us promptly.

[per your response] you came to do aeration the first time after we discussed needing to wait until irrigation was set up - You came unannounced. You then continued to tell us you'd get to us "soon" for over the next month and just now said it was too late in the season to complete the job. Had we known this, we would've sought another landscaper to do the job sooner.

These guys were amazing. They worked super hard and did an amazing job. If you looking for some hard working guys to do you right go with them. I’m super satisfied

We cannot recommend D. Martinez Landscaping any higher! The prices are by far the best in the area that we came across. To top it off, David was professional, timely, extremely communicative, kind, and very easy to work with.
