STP plumbing did an excellent job configuring and installing the plumbing on my outside shower. Steve is very reliable and professional giving sound advice to those who may not be as knowledgeable in his field. I would recommend STP Plumbing for any job large or small.

So happy with my experience with STP. I have a vintage sink and faucet from the 70s that broke and needed repairs. After I was able to track down new parts for it on the internet they were able to get it functioning again so I didn’t have to replace the whole faucet. They also replaced the old corroded shut off valves under the sink.

Had a leak on our main supply before the meter. STP came out the next day diagnosed the problem and is setting up with the town to shut off water so it can be repaired. They also replaced a garbage disposal and repaired a shower valve. They are our go to plumbers.

I had a fantastic experience with STP Plumbing! Steve's communication was excellent from start to finish — he responded quickly, provided reasonable options, explained everything clearly and thoroughly, and kept me updated throughout the process.

The pricing was very fair and transparent, with no surprises or hidden fees. The work itself was done on time, and Steve was incredibly respectful of my home — everything was left clean and tidy when he finished.

When the drain pipe broke off in a simple faucet replacement project, I called STP Plumbing in a panic. Beth in the office was very understanding and kindly listening to the whole story then walked me though setting up an appointment to estimate the damage. JT came out the next day and was able to assess the pipes and found a solution to the problem without having to do major work. We had to wait for the following day for the correct size pipe to be available, but when it was JT came back and very quickly and professionally put my bathroom back together in working order. JT was nice and answered all the questions I had and made short work of the faucet that needed replacing. Thanks for fixing the broken pipe and cutting away the old drain piece.

I had a flood in my finished basement in October (my whole house water filter burst). Major destruction.

Chris immediately helped me set up the emergency disaster assistance, and when it was all mitigated, he and Steve came to install a brand new (and better) water filter, a tankless water heater, a water pressure regulating valve and leak sensors so that we are protected.

We are beyond thankful!!!

Chris was my technician and was very personable and explained everything that he was going to do and answered all my questions and concerns. Definitely will call again when needed. Liked the idea that they call when they are within 15 minutes of arriving and he did arrive on time of the appointment.

I called STP to get my boiler serviced and fixed after I moved into my new house after one of the first cold days of the year and it wasn’t working. A few other companies I called didn’t have any availability for weeks but STP was able to fit me in right away. JT was quick and efficient and got my heat running right away. Im happy with the whole process and will plan to use them again when needed.

Replace gas vented water heater. A little complicated as the hot water heater is part of the heating system. Great response, service and price. Chris and Will excellent technicians. Very happy with everything.

Steve came out on an emergency call for a leaking water line . Quickly diagnosed the issue and told me exactly what he was going to do and walked me through the process . Great guy and friendly . Very fair pricing as well for emergency call . Will 100% be working with Steve and STP again

STP Plumbing has been a huge help on multiple occasions. Most recently, Will came out to discover that our water pressure was extremely high which was causing issues throughout the house. He quickly diagnosed the problem and presented a solution. He installed a pressure reducing valve/system that day and the problem was solved. He was very friendly and was able to communicate all of the information effectively so we knew exactly what was going on. Following this we had another issue arise and called STP again and they came right out again to help with a separate concern. Steve showed up promptly, diagnosed the issue and addressed it quickly. I am very thankful for their help on both occasions! I would highly recommend STP Plumbing and any of the team.

We called for a leaking condenser pump, but bigger issues were found. Communication about the other issues, why they were a problem and how they would be fixed was very thorough. Cost for each fix was very upfront so although it was more than we thought when we initially made the call we were not sticker shocked by the total at all.

I am so grateful to have had JT service my very old furnace. He didn't just inspect it; he took the time to teach me how it worked, what to look for, and how to maintain it. His combination of deep expertise and genuine care is rare. JT is informative, incredibly patient, and the definition of a true professional.
