They did a good job but a $160 estimate ended up being $220. I was only told about this after the completion of the cleaning. But they did a good job cleaning it

Alex and his partner are AMAZING!! They were quick, efficient and provided detailed information on how to let the carpets dry and placement of my rugs afterwards. They even cleaned my area rug and underneath for no additional charge! I will be booking them again!

Stenio was a real pro. There were dirty spots in the wall to wall, from staying home during COVID and he got them out. Marcos, the administrator gave me a date and a price a few weeks in advance and that's when Stenio came and that's how much it cost. Definitely, would hire again and recommend to my friends.

Charles and Steni were out to do carpet cleaning for us and did an amazing job. They were professional and cleaned up well. They also asked about cleaning out tile floor which is a large space was leary about having it done but they tested a small area and what a difference so had them do the tile as well. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend using Super Steamers.

Stenio did and incredible job on our couch, looks better than the day we bought it. He was prompt and professional, will definitely be using them for any future cleaning needs.

Communication was excellent between scheduling and the two-man team that came out to deep clean & disinfect our sectional, carpet, and a recliner. They were courteous, prompt, called with a heads up, were personable and diligent, and gave great effort to do their best on each item they were cleaning. Would work with them again!

Found this business online. Spoke with them on the phone. Arranged to have someone else let them in to the apartment. Arranged payment over the phone. No face to face interactions occurred. And yet, I am so thrilled with the results and couldn't be happier! I highly recommend this group. Very professional. On time. Thorough. Great communications throughout the process. Really easy to work with. The carpet was clean. The apartment smelled fresher than the rest of the building.

A rep at Super Steamers came to clean 20 years of grime off of the quarry floor tiles in my basement. I barely recognize the floor, it looks so good! Great work, friendly company rep, and very responsive. I'll be using them again. Highly recommend this company.

Great service! The guys at Super Steamer were very attentive and got the job done quickly.

Unfortunately, they were unable to clean one of our area rugs due to the synthetic material. It would have been advantageous to have been asked that question in advance. Because of this, we were told we have to pay the minimum for 2 rugs even though they were only cleaning one rug. We said we would not pay for two rugs. When they realized there would be no service, the company then said they would only charge us for one rug.

Finally, the 10x12 foot rug was steam cleaned in our home. All stains were removed. The technician, Stenio, did a fine job.

They did a great job cleaning my west elm white couch as well as my west elm rug.

There was a few minor stains that were not able to be removed but overall it looks clean and I’m happy. They probably did it in like a little over an hour - efficient!

We wanted to get the carpets cleaned because I could tell they were dingy from years of hidden dirt that even my new Dyson vacuum couldn't get. The gentlemen that came and cleaned the carpets were very friendly, worked quickly, and did a fantastic job! The carpets look, feel, and smell brand new. They put extra care into their work and cleaned the carpets under all the furniture they could get under and moved the smaller bits of furniture out of the way and put them back perfectly in place. 10/10 would recommend. A bit of an investment, but if you have an annual home improvement budget then this would be a nice use of it when there's nothing pressing to be done in the house.

The Service is amazing! They arrived on time and cleaned a love seat, an area rug and a queen mattress in only one hour. They have removed dog hair, odor and some hard stains. I really recommend this company. You don't waste your money.

Let me just start off by saying how dirty my 5 piece LIGHT GREY sectional couch was… there were so many stains everywhere, It was filthy, So filthy you could see the stains from afar! I booked through Marcos who was very kind and professional. Steno and Felipe were the ones who came to my house ON TIME and took care of all FIVE pieces. As soon as they came in they got to work, no wasting time, I’m not exaggerating lol 😂. By the time they left I literally felt as if I had a brand new couch, I couldn’t believe it. My husband and I will definitely be booking with Super Steamers again and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Stenio did an excellent job cleaning my beige wall to wall carpet, removing stubborn stains. Dealing with him was a pleasure - he was realistic and frank about what stains he thought could get removed, and I appreciated that a lot. The results were superb.

Hard to reach. Never gave me a quote up front. Sent an email confirming a delivery date which I had not made. I scheduled the delivery for a more convenient time, and they showed up almost 2 hours early. Nice, but not appreciated

Second year I’ve used them. Professional, great communication- easy with text/email for scheduling. Did a great job and reasonably priced.
