Arrived on time and ready to work. The guys were very professional and courteous. They communicated well before and throughout the process. My couch looks and feels amazing and like-new.

I never take the time to post reviews but Super Steamers was so responsive, professional and friendly that I couldn't resist. I have used hundreds of vendors over the years and by far Super Steamers was the most responsive company I have ever used. I found them online and was very hesitant to use the "give me a quote" function on the website. However, it was easy to use and accurate to my final bill. And they reminded/confirmed my appointment at least 3 times, by email, phone and text. And most importantly, they did a professional, thorough job. I highly recommend them!

Good service - we had large stains on the carpet that they got almost fully off (they gave an accurate assessment before starting the job as to the extent to which removal would be possible). Very professional, fast, and courteous service. They were also very responsive. Would recommend.

I called for a quote & in the middle of getting the quote I was asked if I could be put on hold. The office is clearly understaffed but as a business owner, the client in front of you is the one you deal with, then move on. Multiple ringing phones shouldn't be a good reason to put someone on hold (unless it a doctor's office) in order to answer other calls. The link to book an appointment on the website was disabled also. I needed a couch & a chair & an entire hard surface floor quote for my church. Didn't get passed the quote for the couches. Thanks Toni! I'll get another company.

Stenio and his team were great, I've used them now 3 times and am very satisfied with their work. They are able to keep my carpets looking great with a dog and 2 toddlers. Recently I had them out to address my much loved living room couch and it looks brand new.

There was great communication before my appointment and the two men who came to clean my couch were so professional, kind, and on time. They did an amazing job! They had let me know ahead of time that they weren’t sure if they could get all my stains out given the couch color, fabric, and pictures I sent, and I really appreciated their honesty. In the end they were able to get almost all of the stains out! Highly recommend this company. It was so easy to book and communicate with them.

From the office staff to the steamers who showed up, these guys are incredible.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from Super Steamers! From start to finish, everything about the experience was excellent. The workers arrived promptly on time, and I appreciated how they wore protective boots to keep the winter mess from outside the house. They were not only polite and friendly but also incredibly careful while working in my home.

The carpet cleaning itself was top-notch—my carpets look nearly brand new! I was also impressed with how well the company kept me informed about their arrival time and updated me repeatedly about the project.

The technician, Stenio, was thoughtful, thorough and left the large sectional sofa and area rug in fantastic condition.
