Significantly disappointed with our experience. It's hard to tell if they even cleaned anything in our apartment. Floors and bathroom remained dirty, despite paying nearly $200 for regular 2 bedroom. I recommend you find another service.

Sincerely disappointed by my experience. Paid almost $200 for a modestly sized two bedroom and came home to floors with visible dirt, a bathroom sink/tub not cleaned, cabinets not wiped down, cobwebs on ceiling and furniture. When I asked for at least a partial refund for the apartment I would have to clean again myself, I was told no. Feeling taken advantage of after a clean well below even non-professional standards.

Cindy has been cleaning my Airbnb apartment for a few months now and she has helped me to earn the title of "Super Host" which is an honor. She and her team have an eye for detail and do a terrific job every time. I highly recommend her services.
