Extremely pleased with the quick response - Dave was very knowledgeable and helpful explaining the issue and resolving it promptly.
Don called with the options and quotes for the additional work needed and was so thorough and kind explaining the various options! Anytime I call the office I am always greeted by a friendly member of the A-P team!!

I had central air installed last week. It was estimated to take 4 days and it only took 3. The guys were great! They checked in with me at every step. I highly recommend this company.

I recently was on the search for an oil service company. I called requesting information for burner service and within a few hours I received a call back from their sales office We talked and was given a prompt appointment to have someone come to my house. I have had a wonderful first impression of a devoted company to its customers Every person I dealt with has been friendly , caring and understanding. I’ve been using Atlantic for 9 years since I purchased my house in Braintree. Jake and the rest of the guys do excellent work. Oil is delivered in a timely manner and service is great as well. I had my burner replaced 2 years ago and my 20 year old central A/C replaced last summer. Atlantic was great in keeping the old a/c unit running an extra 2 seasons so I could save up for the new unit.

Excellent service. scheduled and completed annual maintenance for both heating and cooling systems same day. The Technician Dave was friendly and very careful of the finished surfaces. Highly recommend Atlantic-Pratt!

They've performed two major projects for me - installation of a mini-split ductless HVAC system and the total replacement of the hot water baseboards in my house. Both jobs were completed professionally and economically and have dramatically improved my home. Jake and his crew are the best, as are Rachel and Diana in the office.

Atlantic Pratt replaced my 98 year old steam boiler in one day, arrived on time, had the correct tools and parts to complete the installation and left the area clean.

I’ve been with Atlantic Pratt for many years now and I’m extremely happy with there service. They stand by there word and are honest and reasonable. The office as well as Keith S (sales) are a pleasure to deal with. I have an Energy Kinetics (System 2000) boiler that not too many company’s are familiar with. I’ve have had what people told me are the best companies for this system (in Weymouth), not the case and way over valued as they don’t provide anything special, and I have dealt with the worst company, (in canton). I have no intention on looking at other service providers as APE has earned my loyalty!

I've had a few different oil companies but I really, really like Pratt. Any issues or questions - you hear back from someone right away. Also had them install a Mitsubishi split. Price was right and it was a very efficient, quick, installation. I was told to pick an oil company in my town in case there was an emergency, but I ended up not liking that company, and now I trust Pratt more.

I had Atlantic Pratt Energy do the annual cleaning and tune-up for my heating system before Thanksgiving. My parents were at home at the time and they were impressed by the service tech’s top quality clean work. He performed his work neatly and flawlessly. They offer 24 hr emergency maintenance. Thank you Atlantic Pratt Energy for being always highly responsive. :-)

Moved into a new home in Cohasset - the previous owners did not plan well. Our first day in the heating oil ran empty. I was a completely new customer to Atlantic Pratt, but they still jumped through hoops to get someone out immediately and restart our boiler. The two days later we had another issue with the boiler, and again they got someone out the same day. Some of the best customer experience I have ever received, from a customer they only began servicing that week - outstanding

This is a stand up company. As a long time L&T oil customer I was happy to see they retained some of the techs after Atlantic Pratt bought out L&T. Dave came out (on time) to service my furnace he was professional and knowledgeable. My furnace is now quieter and more efficient. Starts right up no smoke and no oil fumes

Quality service and knowledgeable staff. They just replaced a large AC condenser for my central air system in the middle of the summer 2022 heat wave. They were amazing in terms of response to my call. A couple of years ago I had 3 AC/Heat splits installed in my house by Atlantic Pratt and was very impressed by their attention to detail and their consideration of the layout and look of the ducting on the outside of the house. Really great staff... friendly and responsive. Couldn't be more pleased with the product or service.

Atlantic Pratt has been providing me my oil service since 2015. Recently they installed a new high velocity air conditioning system from my current one that failed just prior to our heatwave. The service and advice from Jake and Joe at Atlantic was terrific and they continue to provide me with excellent service and take phone calls at anytime. Really appreciate they're professionalism and prompt service. Highly recommend them for any heating or cooling services and equipment.

I recently had Atlantic Pratt Energy perform the annual tune-up/cleaning of my home heating system. The service tech is a long time employee of Atlantic Pratt and has been to my home numerous times overs the years to service my home heating system. The service tech arrived at the scheduled appointment time and performed his work neatly and flawlessly, just as he has always done. With the cold Winter season approaching it's comforting to know that my heating system has been serviced by a consistently reliable service tech.
I have been a customer for over 35 years and Atlantic Pratt has provided excellent installation and maintenance service for both my heating and central A/C systems. Owners are always accessible and responsive to questions and the office staff folks are friendly and pleasant to interact with. I have been using Atlantic Pratt since I moved to Weymouth. The service I have received from them has always been exceptional...even when they had to come out for an emergency oil burner visit on New Year's Day! I recently called them for my central air and asked for a service that was well beyond what my unit needed. They immediately removed charges for a "full maintenance call" and only charged me for the service provided. How's that for honesty? In addition, the woman who actually answers the phone is kind, courteous and helpful. She is the epitome of what customer service is all about.
