Reviews of local pros in Bridgewater, Massachusetts

I cannot say enough good things about DMB Plumbing. I have had to call them twice recently & they were at the house within a couple hours & provided an amazing service. They work very clean and they were in & out. If you need a plumber this is who you should be calling!!!

I reached out to Dean at 8am on a Saturday when a failed DIY plumbing fix left me without hot water. He was at my house promptly at 10am as promised and resolved my problem quickly. I would 100% recommend. Very professional, knowledgeable and fairly priced.

Got referred to Dean via Facebook; Responded to my missed call promptly and fit me in to come out the next day for furnace maintenance. John was a pleasure to work great guy very personable and job well done. Thanks again! Tanya P 😋

Very happy with the service i have received from dean and staff. He has replaced a hot water heater, repaired freeze damage to irrigation system and recently did a once over and cleaning of gas furnace before winter. One if the most outstanding things they actually show up when they say they will. I dint know how many times in living here i made some service appointment and they no show no call. You WONT get this with Dean They shiw up do the job and clean up when done. I have no reservations about recommending this company to family and friends.

Another great job completed by Dean and his team. Our job got scheduled immediately. Johnny was great. He was thorough, explained everything clearly, and completed the job perfectly.

Great service. I have used them more than once for pipe repairs on pin hole leaks in the basement as well as to replace valves for washer. Same day service for the emergencies and always available for follow up with any questions. I left a message or text and their response was within minutes. Highly recommend. Reasonably priced as well.

I couldn’t be more pleased with their work. Dean sent his best guy and he worked through the night. They had to convert my hot water to a hot water tank, which was not a simple job in a crawlspace. They worked their butt off and I have hot water. Thank you, Dean.

James was awesome!! Such a nice guy and was so quick and neat. I would highly recommend DMB pluming and heating to anyone. Thanks so much!

I highly recommend DMB Plumbing. They are extremely responsive — whenever I reach out, Dean gets back to me quickly and schedules the work without any hassle. The quality of the work is excellent, everything is done right the first time, and they make sure everything is cleaned up afterward. Most importantly, they are reliable and trustworthy — I know I can count on them whenever plumbing issues come up. It’s a relief to have a plumber I can depend on!

Michael came and fixed the problem very quickly! Their customer service is top tier and I will definitely be using their services again. Thank you Dean!!!

Called Dean for no hot water—he showed up within 20 minutes and had it fixed fast! Came back a few days later to repair a small leak he noticed. Reliable, trustworthy, great communication, and very reasonable prices. Highly recommend Dean and his team!

Dean is the absolute best! He always takes your call or gets back to you in short time. He just got us through a water heater issue via the phone. It was fabulous!! I would highly recommend Dean. He’s also very kind, courteous and I have found a great sense of humor. Five shining stars for Dean!!

I’ve had Dean and his crew figure out issues with my plumbing that no other company has been able to! He wouldn’t give up until he knew what was causing the problem, once that happened he fixed it so fast and with a great attitude the entire time! I have recommend Dean to all of my friends, he is a trust worthy and reliable company that I would use for any and all plumbing needs.

Dean scheduled us within a couple
Of days for a dishwasher removal and install (2 separate visits). They were on time and did fast work. I’m so happy to have my dishwasher back after 3 months of washing dishes !!

Excellent service! James spent the day installing a hot water heater for us. He communicated about his arrival time, explained the details of the job, made some important upgrades to the piping, and cleaned up when he was done. Super personable, highly recommend Dean and his team!

DMB plumbing was wonderful to work with. We had a leak & they came right out. While there we showed them 4 other issues. Jon was able to go & get the parts & did everything all that same day. We were very pleased with both Jon & the company & will recommend to others. Thank you!

Every time I reach out to Dean, he is very prompt in his response along with being transparent and clear as to what the path forward is. This time I called him for a shower valve repair after I exhausted all options trying to remove a stripped part, and he was right over within a day to take care
of it. He is extremely honest and reliable.

During a bathroom renovation we found we had to fix the toilet flange. DMB came right out and fixed it so we could continue with replacing the floor. I then asked if he could come back the next day to replace the shower fixtures and install the new vanity and faucet and he did. Very accommodating and pleasant company to work with, Thank You!

Dean and team is so reliable and my first call with any plumbing related needs. He is trustworthy and knows what he's talking about. We have a historic home with a somewhat complicated setup to run plumbing through; he analyzed the situation and identified the best, minimally invasive approach to help design a new bathroom. I really appreciate his team of considerate, smart individuals. Highly recommend.

I had someone from this company come out to inspect a location and give me a quote. The price seemed reasonable. But once the work started, I realized it was a disaster waiting to happen. I was dealing with Dean Blanchard. Not only will he overcharge you, but he will also mess up the job. “Amateur plumbing” seems like a more appropriate description of this business. On top of that, they refuse to take accountability and will fight you if you criticize their work. Also, be careful of the “reviews” they post for themselves.

Great job by DMB Plumbing! I called with a hot water issue. Dean was at my house within an hour. Water heater replaced and cleaned up almost immediately. Fast response, great work and a fair price. Highly recommend.
