Thank for your reply, whom ever you are. I wish you have had answered me over the phone when I ask to speak with you several times when I call today but you left me no choice but to inform consumers about your terrible business practices which your previous reviews CLEARLY confirm. Additionally, just reading your reply it show the lack of customer services skills and professionalism in place at your business. As a leader if you are the owner at this business, your team will follow your lead which at this point its definitely the wrong leadership.

Very disappointed with this company, I called in to discuss a charge on my account for a cancelled service. The service customer rep. Kim unfortunately was unprofessional and confrontational from the begging of our conversation. Unfortunately, this company specially during these rough times still managed to charge me for a service that was cancelled 2 days ago. They took advantage of us unfortunately, we had talked to Vick and he had agreed to cancel this appointment for us the same day. We asked to do the right thing and to refund the charge but the managers Vick and Mike refused to do it and offered a cancellation fee of $250.00 dollars when this service has been already cancelled. They charge us $448.00 dollar anyway, it’s unfortunate that there are business like this out there taking advantage of customers.

What is the relationship between Mass Carpet Cleanup and Certified Green Team? Both companies are owned by the same person with principal offices located in Brighton, MA. Just my hunch, but something sketchy going on here... I am skeptical of this 4.1 rating for the company and am now wondering if they are routing all of their bad business to Certified Green Team. Like people say, "you don't hang your dirty laundry outside."

Adding: I requested couch cleaning service by the way. You will find a pattern in these reviews - technician arrived late, service and result is mediocre, and prices are from transparent (i.e., quotes $80 and then charges $350) - all of which was the experience I had.

The whole process was made easy and clearly understandable by the service people who picked up and delivered my two carpets. Mike and his assistant were professional, polite, and patient. I am completely pleased with the clean carpets, the respectful service people, the delivery and installation.

I called MassCarpetCleanup to help clean my rug and honestly, I was totally blown away with the results! It was like night and day! Not only did they make it look much better than before, but they also got out some stubborn stains that had been there for months. The rug cleaning service was professional. They answered all of my questions and were really friendly throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend them for rug cleaning - their work is top notch!

My husband booked this company to clean my kids room. We took off and moved all of the furniture out. Guess what? No one came ! We had to call them and was told they would look into why the technician did not come maybe he had a family emergency. Huh? Then said can we reschedule next week? This is the professionalism toward someone who has never used your company before? Please call someone else

I would give this company a five but I think they could improve the user experience. First, they gave us a quote 30$ per vent…. But when the guy came to our house he wanted to charge us 60$ per vent because we’ve never cleaned our vents before…. Like how is the price going to double like that and you’re not even going to warn us??? Luckily my mom negotiated and got a 10$ discount per vent. Also they told us the house would take 1 hr or so but it lasted 2 hours. Also the first appointment was canceled because they couldnt find anyone in our area and then the second appointment the guy was 3 hours late… it was just a lot of annoying instances, please give your customers more information

Be aware that the price quoted will more than likely not be the price on the day the tech arrives. I have an Ivory damask camel back sofa and loveseat. No stains at all, I just don't vacuum them as often as I should. I told them on the phone that I wanted a DEEP CLEAN of both pieces. Given a price of $99 for the sofa and $89 for the loveseat - fine. The tech shows up and tells me that, yes, they can steam clean them for the prices quoted, but a deep clean will cost $350. Needless to say I went off on the tech and told him I wanted to speak to his manager. Manager says if I want a deep clean (which I stipulated more than once when I booked the job) it will be $350. I agreed to it, and the tech did a fine job. But this company better begin doing a better job of quoting jobs or they won't be in business for a long time.

Don’t be fooled by their low prices. I price shopped and they quoted me $130 for 4 rooms. Best deal around. I was specific about what I wanted done and having 3 dogs and she never once explained to me about different pricing, and different levels of cleaning. So I planned on spending $130. The man showed up on time, and was very professional. But as soon as he saw my rugs he explained they needed a “deeper” cleaning that what I was quoted. He then quoted me $450 to clean them the way he saw they needed to be cleaned. I wasn’t planning on that so I asked him to do what we were quoted for $130. It took about 40 minutes and the rugs looked the same as if I was to clean them with a rug doctor. Would not recommend

I was having a hard time getting my oriental rug clean and I was worried it could not be saved. Fortunately, Mass Carpet Cleanup stepped in and saved the day! After they did their rug cleaning service, the rug looked completely brand new. Their technicians were professional and friendly and really considered my concerns and wants. I've been recommending them to all of my family and friends as they did a fantastic job! If you're in need of rug cleaning services, I highly recommend looking into Mass Carpet Cleanup- you won't regret it.

The carpet in one room was left much more dirtier than it was. The carpet was left with so much dirt on it (must be from the cleaning machine)that I was able to pull out from the carpet once the cleaning was done. There was water left all over the floor. The edges of the carpet were not cleaned. When I contacted the company, they said they charge for a redo even though they left the carpet in even worse condition. They asked me to contact the technician who did the cleaning, of course he won’t accept his mistake and stopped responding. So unprofessional. The company sends random technicians and takes no responsibility for anything. I would pay more elsewhere to have cleaner carpet. Definitely don’t recommend hiring this company even if the offers sound like a good deal. Stay away!

They stole my rug. They picked it up back in august. After two months of me asking where is my rug, I disputed the charge on my credit card. They act like theyve contacted me but I haven’t heard anything from them. They are scamming thieves. I really liked that rug too.

They no called and no showed my first appointment. Insisted on rescheduling two days later and the same thing happened. Waste of time.

DO NOT BOOK! I originally scheduled a cleaning, and then they cancelled thirty minutes before the appointment. Then, they rebooked and showed up an hour past the arrival window. I was quoted on the phone for $80, but upon arrival they said that service would only provide a spray and vacuum, which would be done in "10-15 minutes." The next option to upgrade was $425. LOOK ELSEWHERE.

BEWARE!!!! DO NOT BOOK!!! I scheduled a cleaning with them for 3pm. They confirmed with me twice earlier during the day then they CANCELED on me on top of the hour/last minute!
They have no regard or respect for other people’s time. Highly unprofessional. DO NOT USE THEM

Deep couch clean:
The service was expensive and very poorly done, I trusted the professional but when he left, and I went to check the couch and I saw that he didn't even remove the pillows to clean, the corner where the sofa was leaning against the wall was not cleaned either, and also interior part! I took the pictures as you can see, I’m so disappointed and I would never recommend this company.

Do not book. I booked on 10/8 for the 8-10am time slot. Kept getting a text that they had to push off the time until later in the day. I was accommodating and told then I could wait. Then they canceled completely and said I needed to reschedule. Unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. Clearly, I am not the first to have this issue. Wish I read the reviews before they wasted my time.

I needed my carpets cleaned, so I hired a company, but they made things worse and left my carpets looking bad. Later, i contacted Superb Brighton Carpet Cleaning and talked to axel on the phone, who was very friendly and knew a lot about carpet cleaning. The technician showed up on time and really saved my carpets. they brushed and cleaned every spot, and the results were fantastic. my carpets look great now, much better than before. i didn't know what to expect, but eddie did a wonderful job and made my home feel fresh again. honestly, i wish i had called them first because it would have saved me both time and money.
