I was a Superior Plus/Osterman propane customer (unfortunately).
I've had multiple occasions where I was waiting anywhere from 10-30+ days for a refill, when I would reach out I would get the run around. I reached out to Tasse's and emailed with Lauren,and explained my situation. she informed me that they have received a lot of calls/messages of the same manner, and would be delighted to help out.
My experience with Tasse's was PAINLESS from beginning to end, from emailing with Lauren about the switch out,to talking to the office,to meeting with Red for tank location...all of it was simple and stress free..
I would highly recommend Tasse's!

Tanya at Tasse’s just left me the most unprofessional voicemail I’ve ever received, all because of a small overdue bill. She said “it shows the kind of person I am” that I didn’t return a call about it. Good to know a random small business is shaming longtime customers like this. Use literally any other company, I’m sure they won’t insult you.
