I was a Superior Plus/Osterman propane customer (unfortunately). I've had multiple occasions where I was waiting anywhere from 10-30+ days for a refill, when I would reach out I would get the run around. I reached out to Tasse's and emailed with Lauren,and explained my situation. she informed me that they have received a lot of calls/messages of the same manner, and would be delighted to help out. Tanya at Tasse’s just left me the most unprofessional voicemail I’ve ever received, all because of a small overdue bill. She said “it shows the kind of person I am” that I didn’t return a call about it. Good to know a random small business is shaming longtime customers like this.
