Ronnie provided us with AC maintenance last Thursday. He has also been servicing our boiler for many years. We continue to be very pleased with his thoroughness, his explanations, and politeness! So happy he is employed by Tasse’s, whose services we have used for over 40 years!

Replaced my water heater the same day it died and came back the next day to fix a small problem. Have been a customer for 12 years. They make it easy. Thanks.

As a new homeowner I called them to ask for information, never got a call back, went there explained the situation again was told to expect a call to schedule an inspection and nothing. I was very disappointed and frustrated. They did not care, very unprofessional 👎🏻I Looked for another company that took the time to listen to me and answer my questions, they took care of my needs. On my experience they did not care about me as a new customer, Period!! 👎🏻Thank you for Nothing!

We have a steep driveway. Tasses did not feel comfortable delivering to our driveway. I cannot fault them for that. But their customers service wasn't the best. They took two pending charges on our account totalling up to $1200.00. In no world would a 275 gallon tank require $1200.00 worth of fuel. They refused to respond to emails requesting receipts for the authorizations, or issue receipts for the refunds.

One charge of $700 has been refunded as of this morning. Hopefully the second charge of $500 will be reversed tomorrow. I would have rather customer service order an apology about the two pending charges rather than make excuses about our driveway. Next day after tasse refused we found a company who offered to take us on

Just want our money back so we can be done with this company.

The owner talks about being "family" but they charge you like you're a stranger. Steep prices despite my doing almost $20k in business over the last 4 years with them. And when installing my central air system their salesman promised I was entitled to a $300 rebate & gave me paperwork to claim it. This was utterly false; it was rejected. I wrote a letter to the owner about it but received no response. Nothing.
Another time I was charged $500 for an emergency call on a Saturday at 8 am where the young worker examined the propane burner & said he'd have to come back during the week with a part. Ridiculous though they adjusted that to $375--and then charged real well when they did the work that week. Nearly another $3k for some repairs and maintenance.
The final straw was a week later my heater went down again---a repairman came out & examined it. He stated it stemmed from a cracked pvc pipe that had been incorrectly installed by them the week prior. I was told they'd be back to repair that at no extra charge & the owner would be notified. They came back, did the repair, and at my request then replaced a thermostat upstairs (5 min job). Then I received an invoice for $400!! This was reduced to $150 when I complained--for the installation of the new thermostat! Yeah ok. See you later. DO NOT use this company unless you don't mind being grossly overcharged while being assured "you're family!!"

Furnace wasn't working, called Tasse today and they sent the owner himself to fix it because they had a lot of emergency work and wanted to ensure I had heat on a cold day. Great company, locally owned and very honest!

We are new to the area and it's sometimes hard to know where to go for things you need for your new home. Used this company for years without a problem. They need to make sure their new workers know how to clean furnaces and boilers properly. After three appointments the work was done properly.

During a recent storm we had a power surge which fired the main board on our furnace. Jeff and his team were quick to respond and repair the unit getting our heat and hot water back up and running. Thank you to everyone at Tasse's!

I have been using Tasse's since I moved to the area, and I am so incredibly thankful I chose them. They've been wonderful to work with, but especially today. I got home and realized there was an issue with my boiler. Luckily,they have an emergency line, which I utilized given the temperature. A tech was out within an hour, and apologized for not arriving sooner. (I thought his response time was great, btw.) He immediately diagnosed my problem, and had the parts to fix it with him. He was done about an hour later, and said they'll send me a bill when it's figured out. My experience has been that Tasse's truly cares about their customers, and I am happy to be one of theirs.

We’ve been using Tasse’s for a number of years now for all our home heating needs. Great company to deal with. Timely service, good pricing, quality work and friendly people. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

This is a fantastic company and basically one-stop shop for taking care of my home's plumbing, HVAC and fuel needs. Jeff, Fred, Justin, among others have been super professional, personable, and good at what they do. Justin has done a fair amount of work here over the past month, and I really appreciate how thorough/careful he is, and how he explains what he's doing. They have a loyal customer in me.

While looking to get an estimate for mini splits in my house, I booked an appt for a free estimate through their office. After making the appointment, I left work early that day to be there for their arrival. They did not show up 45 minutes after their scheduled appt. When I called them, they said "Oh sorry, We booked it for AM instead of PM". I wasted a half day of PTO because of their mistake. When they finally got their scheduling right, they showed up and the guy told me that we would need 2 condensers for 3 mini splits. This was a money grab. None of the 3 other companies that gave me estimates needed 2 units. If I did not speak up, they would of included a second one creating a HUGE addition to the invoice. What a scam. I feel bad for people who have been robbed by these people. A local company, that people are taught to love and support, but they are scam artists. Crowley fuels used to be so good, until they joined forces with Tasse.

Great customer service! From the person answering the phone to the delivery driver and the service technicians. Everyone has been wonderful!

Called to get a price per gallon and we were told 3.45/gallon then 3.35 if we paid within ten days so we set up a fill. When they came a few days later after the fill receipt showed 3.66/gallon and 3.55 if paid within 10 days. Horrendous company and will never use them again. Was told bad things about them and now i know why.

To the three gentlemen that came to George St in Charlton today to replace our hot water heater - thank you! They were in and out in less than 3 hours and it was a really easy process. We have dealt with Tasse's numerous times over the years, and they always come through for us. 5 stars every day.

I highly recommend this company.
We ran out on propane for the household around 9:30pm, being terribly ditched by this other company despite repeated attempts to reach out and being told to wait. We planned on leaving the house for the time being, worrying about any leaks and whether or not we’ll be able to withstand the cold after everything shut off.
Happened to text our plumber friend for advice on what should be turned off before we left for a nearby hotel. He connected us to Tasse’s and let me tell you how they came through!!
Right from the wonderful customer service representative who opened our account to the gentlemen who showed up after 10:00pm were top-notch professionals.
They took our old propane tanks out, installed a new one after a thorough leak test and made sure we were all set. Goes without saying we switched to Tasse’s and very satisfied doing business with them.

After my current propane provider left me high and dry during a cold snap, I saw a Facebook post from someone else going through the exact situation with the same provider. Kris at Tasse posted that they could help that customer, they helped her the same night she posted. I posted asking if they could help me. They came out within a few hours and replaced our tanks and got our heat back on. It’s obvious how much this company cares about people and its customers. You’ve got a customer for life in us, I will be telling everyone I know about this amazing company with exceptional customer service service!

As a first-time oil heat homeowner, I could not be happier with the service and employees at Tasse's. Their initial system evaluation was incredibly educational. They explained how the system worked and how to keep it running for years to come. Subsequent visits (including and emergency Christmas Day repair!!) have proven to be equally as exemplary. Quality company with great employees!
