The technician arrived within the scheduled window, which I appreciated, and he took the time to actually explain what was wrong instead of just jumping into the repair. He checked a few components, found the problem, and had the necessary parts with him, so everything was fixed in one visit. The price felt reasonable for the work done, and there were no surprise charges. It’s been a few weeks now and everything is still working fine, so overall I’m satisfied with the service and would use them again if needed.
