Great quick and efficient service; Purchased and installed a energy star 40 gallon gas water heater with a ten year warranty with Mr Fix It plumbing service, David master plumber was great efficient and master.

They came early, cleaned drains, figured out how to fix a broken sink plug--they were efficient, helpful and quick! They will have to return to fix an unmoored toilet--but figured out the problem and checked for leaks.

I hired Mr Fix It Plumbing for a leaky toilet. Cody was very professional, he clearly explained the problem and what caused it, and did a fantastic job.

Cody did a great job preparing our washing machine closet for a new machine installation. He disconnected the old machine and replaced the old water shut-off valve with a new one. He is very professional and quick. I would highly recommend him!

We bought a new dryer, but when the delivery guy tired to install it, we ran across 3 problems. I called Mr Fix It Plumbing yesterday (after 6pm), and they were able to schedule an appointment for the very next day! Cody came today and was able to address all 3 issues. He installed a new shut-off valve to my washer, hooked up the dryer with steam function (which couldn't be done until the shut-off valve was changed), and custom-cut the vent pipe so that the dryer could get closer to the wall. Cody was very courteous, and did a great job. He cleaned up after the work was done, and checked that all the lines were tight and that there were no leaks before he left. I would highly recommend Cody and Mr. Fix It Plumbing company.

Quick response to calls, professional staff and quality workmanship. Mr Fix It Plumbing was able to replace a burst water heater vrey quickly for me. Spoke and received a quote in the morning and had two workers out by mid-day to remove the broken water heater and install the new one. Will definitely reach out the next time I have plumbing needs.

Plumber was on time and very professional. He had a major disassembly of our sink and he did it without a mess and left the bathroom in a clean and neat condition after all the work.

Had a waste disposal stop working. We were able to set up an appointment within the week and Cody and Armand showed up right on the dot. Cody fixed the disposal very quickly and gave me some advice on how to keep it running in the future. Very professional and helpful!

Cody and Brian came over on behalf of David and omg, they got our shower pressure fixed in a jiff! The efficency and thoughtfulness these guys were when they came over as magnificent.

What I look for in a contractor is:
1- service
2- workmanship
3- price

Here's why I gave them 5 stars.
This company's service has been great. Answer back quickly, show up at the agreed time, have a professional invoicing system, great altitude, etc.

Workmanship, both both cases have been great.

When it comes to price I usually do a mental math to figure out what it should cost. Generally: common hourly rate * how many hours it should take + what I think material costs + 10-20% markup.

Nothing worse then when your hot water tank bursts, I received a phone call right back, Dave came on Wednesday, set everything up for Thursday.The guys came, so professional, actually rolled up my rugs due to the snow, work was done in a couple of hours, left my basement meticulous, I HIGHLY recommend them, I give them a 10.

I am very happy with Mr. Fix It Plumbing of Newton. I decided to replace my water heater and David was at my home three days after I called to give me an estimate for replacement. Cody did the replacement the next week. Both gentlemen were prompt and professional, and the cost of replacement was very reasonable.

Top rate. David got to the appointment early, fixed the leaking radiator pipe and cleaned up afterwards. He was very patient with the back and forth emails providing answers my questions. Charged a fair price without wasting time. Will definitely use them again in the future.
