Junior came into my facility to give me a quote, he was so professional and the pricing was completely reasonable and competitive! His team was relentless and cleaned every inch including sanitizing the ring, turf, heavy bags and every piece of equipment We have never seen our gym so perfectly spotless! It was with so much pride that we reopened and we would hire SUPRACLEANING again and again! To begin with great communication, personally answered the phone, booking an appointment was easy. Showed up on time, actually a few minutes early, nice surprise.
Did a great job. I had to work from home so they were great about working around me. House is sparkling clean. Price very fair. Definitely recommend.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with Supra Cleaning Services for a strip/wax job for my place of business. During the initial assessment, they appeared to be very professional and organized and showed me pictures of what kind of work they do. However, this is not what was delivered.

In February, supposedly a sub-contractor showed up to strip/wax the floor, and clean the carpet. The VCT tile was left damaged with heavy brown staining everywhere that got darker within days while the carpet was left soggy wet and with even more stains. The business owner refused to even come and assess the damage and did not come through with fixing anything.

For the carpet I had to initially re-extract the carpet water, and use high power fans to avoid a mold situation. Once dried, I hired another carpet cleaning company with acceptable results.

The VCT however has been damaged beyond repair. I've had several commercial cleaning companies come and none of them would want to touch the floor. They couldn’t figure out what the brown staining is. The only two solutions are to either live with it or replace it. To replace it, between labor costs and material, plus closure of the business, this is turning into a very expensive project. And the VCT tile just looks hell.

And this is how Supra Cleaning dealt with this problem: owner was uncooperative, did not take any responsibility, totally abandoned me as a customer, and left me with a huge, expensive problem to fix on my own.

Chimney Panda came out for a chimney sweep and fireplace cleaning and did an amazing job! The fireplace had a lot of soot buildup and the glass was cloudy, but by the time they finished everything looked spotless and worked perfectly. We had Chimney Panda come out for a chimney sweep and fireplace cleaning in Brookline after noticing a smoky smell every time we used the fireplace. They cleaned out a heavy creosote buildup and made sure everything was safe and working properly again.
