I booked in advance and no one showed up at the scheduled time. I called to ask for an ETA and was told they would call me back. They never did, so I called them back and was put on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up after 10 minutes on hold and called again. I could hear that they answered the call and hung up on me. No one showed up or followed up. Do not use this business if you actually want your rug/ carpet cleaned.

I was Impressive with the quality of the service. It wasn't like any other cleaning service you only get your carpet cleaned if you paid first. The cleaner was enthusiasm and even used some perfume to make the carpet smell better. I highly recommend this if someone is thinking about washing any old carpet, you gotta try this first!

It was a big mistake that I hired this company for cleaning and the moth treatment of my wool rug. Saying truly, I still do not know is it a real company or not. On the phone during our first conversation they sounded promising and professional. When they came to my house to get the rug, they even did not leave with me any paper. They brought me the rag back, and, as they sad, cleaned and treated from the moth in a week. After about five-six weeks I noticed a moth back around the rug. My house is very clean, and it could not be a new coming moth around the rug. I called company again. They did not gave me any hope that the rug will be treated from the moth additionally. And, as a matter of fact, the address they give on the website is not the real address of the office.
Please, do not do the same mistake as I did.

He was friendly, upbeat, and very easy to work with while he was in my home. My carpets looked refreshed, my rugs came out great, and the furniture felt clean and renewed. Oddly this company is not where they claim to be. I went into their claimed location next to the template and asked if they were there and the front desk people were mystified, and said they did not exist.

I had my rugs, sofa, and loveseat cleaned by Platinum Carpet Cleaning, and everything turned out great, especially the upholstery. The technicians arrived right on time, were very professional, and explained the carpet and furniture cleaning process clearly. There was some confusion with the website about pricing and the appointment window, but they quickly fixed it and made a special effort to fit me in later that same week. Once the service was done, the results looked excellent, the furniture felt fresh and clean, and the whole experience was very positive. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for carpet and upholstery cleaning.
