I had a really great experience getting my carpets cleaned! As a first responder, I even got a small discount, which was a nice surprise. After I filled out the online request form, they reached out to me very quickly. The website was easy to use and up-to-date, which made everything simple right from the start. After my inquiry, I got a personal call from the owner, who offered to come out and check out the job. He gave me an estimate for cleaning the carpets in my three-bedroom ranch, and I also asked about cleaning the two bathroom floors. He was very honest and said the bathroom floors looked fine and didn’t really need cleaning, which showed me they’re not just trying to make an extra buck or push services you don’t need. Even so, I went ahead and had them clean the bathroom floors too, just for peace of mind. The two technicians, Zachary and Clinton, were super friendly, polite, and very professional the whole time. The carpet cleaning equipment they brought was modern and efficient, and everything dried surprisingly fast—about six hours or so. If I had tried to deep-clean these carpets myself, it would have taken days and been way more stressful. We just moved in, so I don’t have any “after” photos, but I can honestly say the carpets look and smell so much fresher than before. Zachary and Clinton also arrived right on time, which was impressive and much better than waiting around all day like with some other services. I’m not sure when I’ll need another carpet cleaning since these carpets are still pretty new, but I’ll definitely recommend them to friends and family. 10 out of 10!
