Had an excellent experience from start to finish. Easy to schedule a fast consultation appointment. Communication prompt, easy and efficient. Logan arrived on time and was polite, pleasant and professional with a good knowledge base of the company's products and services. He offered very good suggestions and remedies. James arrived as promised to perform the extremely reasonably priced workorder and did a great, clean efficient job and was equally pleasant and professional. Highly recommend this company and will use them for any future associated projects.

Rescon installed a Basement solution in our house. Patrick and his team, Jake and Andrew were fantastic. They arrived each day on time and kept the area clean. Patrick explained what they would be doing each day and asked if I had any questions. On the final day the system was installed , Patrick explained to me how everything worked , as well as having a final walk through for my approval. I would recommend this company to others. Thank you for a job well done.

Rescon is fantastic! I had a sump pump put in a year ago and it was great from start to finish. This year Doug came to check out my dehumidifier and did a maintenance check on the sump pump. I can’t say enough nice things about how he spent time and answered all of my questions with such patience and made sure I understood everything! I highly recommend this company!

Well, no surprise more moisture barrier is coming down lol!!

I currently have a Better Business Bureau complaint open with this business along with Attorney General investigating. Today I noticed more of the moisture barrier that was poorly put up is now coming down even more.
I should’ve picked to go into the Home contracting business best way to rip off people and make a ton of dough.

I've had a great experience with Rescon. They were responsive, thorough, and patient with me through the many iterations of my basement waterproofing project (I couldn't make up my mind...). While they had a lot of recommendations for what I COULD do, they also understood my budgetary limitations and helped me prioritize the projects that would be most impactful in preventing water from entering my basement.

When they came to do the work, their team was prompt, kind, and thorough. Once onsite the working team discovered that their standard supplies wouldn't work perfectly for the way my basement windows were designed, and they were very honest in telling me that they didn't want to proceed without exactly the right supplies to make it worth my investment. They immediately updated my invoice to remove the work they couldn't do at the time scheduled, and started looking for the right supplies. This is the type of transparency and honesty I'm looking for in a company! I will definitely be using them for future projects.

Very happy with the job they did! Joe Whitehead and his team (Jon and Bobby) did a fantastic job. They were communicated well and got the job done in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Recently had our first one-year equipment check-up. Doug did an excellent job checking the functionality of the sump pumps and the battery back-up system. All checked out fine. The installation of the drainage system last spring met and even exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Rescon Basement Solutions.

In November 2025 we get our yearly sump pump maintenance and as usual, very happy with the technician. They always have answers for any questions I have. Thank you 😊

Amazing team, Extremely happy with what my team did today!

A bit surprised by the positive reviews of the company, and I guess I must have been "unlucky". The team was very nice and professional during the sales cycle and the actual work, so no complaints there.
However, the sump pump they installed in my basement is purely decorative. It works if you manually fill the hole with water, but the basement continues to flood regularly and the pump never turns on.
Bottom line, I have a decorative pump that cost around $2,000 to install... Now, if on occasion it actually drained water from the basement, I would chalk it up to my basement needing more than a sump pump, but it NEVER kicks in... even when water is bubbling up all around the place... And to add insult to injury, the connection to the city water is less than a foot away from the hole they dug, and that fills up with water, but not their hole...
The good news is that I get water only once every 6 months or so, and it's not too much, but I cannot recommend this company for basement waterproofing. What they did was absolutely useless. Nice people, professional, but not impressed with their knoweldge of waterproofing...

Update with visuals: big storm, water in the basement. My pool cover pump is pumping water, the rescon installed pump next to it: nothing!!!
Also, Rescon responded to my review and sent Marcos over to check things out (just before the storm). As always, super professional and friendly. Waiting to hear back with a proposal to address this (offered to drill a hole between the water connection and their hole - I suppose that might help?)

If I could give a lower rating I WOULD!!! No return calls and no way to contact anyone on the weekend. So much for “unmatched and reliable service”. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous to spend the money and not receive the service that you were promised.

My condo building hired Rescon to stabilize our basement columns and they were great to work with. John as the project manager gave his honest recommendations on what work was needed and drafted a proposal that aligned with what we were looking for. The office was communicative before the work was started. Josh, David, and James were prompt when they came out for the job and completed the job with efficiency and thoroughness, but also checked in with me along the way. Upon being on site and starting the work, they were also able to propose an amendment to our proposal that saved us money and saved them time/resources. Win win! I would work with Rescon again and highly recommend them.

I met With John Roemer on October 8, and he was very knowledgeable about his product and very customer service oriented which would make me use his product. He would be number one. he is An exceptional representative for the company and for the product.

Recently my Mom had to deal with the water in her basement, we could not hold off any longer. I am TRULY AMAZED at the work that Orlando R. did. He has a very easy way about him with people and we appreciated that very much due to my Mom being older.
5 Stars for sure! Remarkable person, worker and employee. Groundworks is luck to have him. My Mom cannot navigate to leave a review so she asked me to do it for her.

Kudos to Xander for arranging an excellent installation, and to David, Steven, Ben, Cam and Caleb for their first rate work encapsulating our crawl space. It is now pristine, dry and ready for winter. They were courteous, thorough and super efficient. Thanks, guys!!

Excellent job dealing with a basement built 100 years ago on a granite shelf. Doug, Devin, and Jake replaced 2 80 year old support posts and sealed a gnarly basement.

Rescon saved/is in the process of saving our basement. We had issues with water rising from the ground up and poor work done by previous contractors who renovated the house (they had covered up the sump pump that was previously installed). Our project manager, Logan, has been highly communicative throughout the process. The team who installed the sump pump cleaned up all debris from the construction, walked us through maintenance, and overall were wonderful. I definitely recommend this company for any water needs, especially with the crazy weather we’ve all been getting lately.

Coy Tanner from Groundworks came this morning to do an inspection and assessment of my foundation. He was friendly, professional, and thorough. His inspection was extensive with attention to detail. He explained his findings clearly, making sure I understood each aspect and result of his inspection. It was a pleasure to meet with him and I feel confident in his recommendations.

Xander did an amazing job of walking us through the entire proposal. Very honest, up front, and transparent process. Night and day compared to the previous vendor we had perform the same estimate.

We had some concerns, so we called Groundworks. Greg Johnson was our inspector, after careful review, he put our minds at ease. We did not require this service. What a relief! Needless to say, we are so grateful for his time and efforts. Kinda made us wish, we needed Groundworks. We're sure the company would have gotten an A++ from us. They seem very thorough and will do a quality job, if needed.
