Great Service, Great prices. Look no farther. I am a contractor and a landlord who has owned over 1000 apartments, and I know my Shiit.

I called Waynes drains and a real person answered the phone. They knew what they were talking about. They sent a very talented technician out in two hours. They fixed the problem (a big one) no problem. They charged 1/3 of what other reputable drain cleaners charge and probably 1/5 of the "Roto-Reamers" that saturate advertising. I would give them an A for any one of these business performance metrics.

I honestly don't know how they could run their business any better. Really extraordinary in time when most companies are trying to figure out how to take your money and have a computer hang up on you. Waynes Drains has great customer service.

This team should be very proud of themselves.

Remarkable experience.

I called and my call was answered on the first ring, the receptionist started calling her crew to get someone to me ASAP. It wasn't even a major issue. Wayne Jr came right out (25 minutes after the call) and was able to fix the issue within an hour. All of this on a Monday! HIGHLY RECCOMEND

Wayne's Drains is amazing! We called them at 8:22p, they came, fixed the problem and walked out the door at 9:32p. So professional, quick, honest, fair pricing, and they left the area cleaner than they found it. Shout out to Wayne H and his team. They made a potentially stressful time so easy! Having a main drain blockage can be stressful in a active house. Called Wayne’s and the young lady was great answering my questions and sending a technician out late afternoon. Wayne's is an amazing company! Called up and they had Gregg out within the hour, he worked diligently and quickly to clear out 2 clogged kitchen sink drain lines. Professional, helpful, gave great advice on other drain questions. 100% would recommend!

I had an emergency over the weekend. The main sewer pipe connected to my house was backing up. I called my plumber Freiner Plumbing which they contacted Wayne’s Drains. I found out that my large bushes and tree near the side walk, their roots sneaked inside the pipe’s bolts for water which caused the pipe to clog back into my house. Thankfully they solved the problem in one hour. I highly recommend Wayne’s Drains. I added a pic you can see on top the pile of roots.

Wayne’s Drains was great! I manage a business and we had a clog and called Wayne’s. They serviced us same-day — within 90 minutes! The service provider who showed up was fantastic and fixed the issue quickly. He was polite and efficient. Thank you!

This is the second time Wayne's Drain has been to my home due to a basement bathroom. They were efficient and friendly the first time.
But this time the efficiency and attention to my issue surpassed! I want to send an extra thank you to the young man who came out today, Tom P.

I would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues. I called them at 8 a.m. with a drain issue that another company was unable to resolve. They arrived at my house at 11:30, and the technician Nick had everything fixed and working properly within an hour. Then to top it off, the price I was charged was very reasonable. Usually you can only get two out of the three important things: speed, price, and quality. With them I feel I got all three.

Wayne’s came out at 11pm to fix our drain emergency when the big name company said they would come and cancelled on us at the end of their 4 hour arrival window. We had water actively pouring into our bathroom for 4 hours while we waited for the other guy. Wayne’s sent us a tech right away. Glad we called them.

I had a drain clog they were prompt, professional took care of the problem and cleaned up before they left. I have root issues and have used Wayne's drains before and continue to be happy with their service. I highly recommend.

Unfortunately we have had to Call Wayne's Drains on a couple of occasions but fortunately we had a wonderful experience. Thom Paw is so professional and very reassuring. He made a difficult situation bearable all with a warm smile! I would highly reccommend them and their response time is excellent!

My landlord has a property manager who is on top of her game. I contacted her late afternoon on Christmas Day. She got Wayne Drain on it...Mike the tech they sent out was very polite and an engaging conversation while he did his work. Would recommend to my friends

We called last week after a drain backed up and they came same day within a few hours to snake and fix our problem. Great customer service and a reasonable price.

Then over the weekend our drain backed up again and when called they came out again (next day since it wasn't urgent and could wait) and snaked the line again at no additional charge since it was the same line (just was pushed further down). Great service again and we will definitely stay with this company for any future needs.

Wayne’s drains is the best! I called them on a Saturday because the shower in our downstairs bathroom was filled with dirty water and there was water on the basement floor. They answered right away. They said it was probably the main line drain. They told me the tech would be there in 90 minutes! They said the tech would call within half an hour. The tech called within half an hour and was at my house within the 90 minute time frame. He pulled out the toilet in the downstairs bathroom and snaked the drain. There is a big tree in our front yard that has roots that have caused problems one other time with this drain. Another company I used before recommended very expensive work to cut out the roots($1,000’s of dollars.) I did not do those repairs and this is only the second time in 15 years this has happened. When I asked the tech what I should do he said”Have it snaked out yearly.” So he did not recommend costly repairs. I felt he was honest and not just trying to make a buck. I will take his advice and have this snaked out yearly. He cleaned up the mess and recommended I spray with Lysol to kill the bacteria. He also recommended getting a box fan to dry things out to prevent mold growing. There was a sealant he fixed on the toilet and fixed the shower head so it would flow better. Reasonable price. Told me the price upfront. This is a bathroom we rarely use but I really appreciate all the care he took to make sure the problem was solved. Will definitely call next year for preventative care. Do not want a repeat of this. I have included photos. This company is reliable and honest. Tried calling a plumber and got voicemail. Without Wayne’s drains there would be no showers, laundry or ability to go to the bathroom all weekend. No water use of any kind without risking a flood. Wayne’s drains saved the day!

I often do NOT write reviews for any company I use. However, I am writing a review for Wayne's Drains because they were fabulous. I had an issue with my drain pipe going from my cellar to the street. Wayne's Drains came out quickly for the service call. The "technician" (if that is what they are called, name George came to the house. George arrived promptly at the time he said he would be there. I explained my situation to him and he went to work right away. He took his time, never stopped for a break and corrected the issue. When George was done, he took the time to explain to my what he did to correct the problem. He also told me what my next steps should be. George was extremely professional and courtesy. I can't say enough great things about him! Thank you George!!!!
