Top-Notch Contracting absolutely did a phenomenal job. They were on-time and professional. The quality of their work was on point and they were happy to make adjustments in the middle of the project when requested. Brian Magee did a great job managing the project and making sure everything stayed on time and ran as smoothly as possible. We will definitely be using them again!

I first worked with Moses and his team at Top Notch Contracting in 2015. My husband and I had been through several contractors and never found the right fit. We don’t know much about how a renovation needs to be done and therefore always felt like we were being taken advantage of. Moses and his team helped us with a full renovation of a home we had recently purchased. From the minute we received the proposal, we knew it was the right fit. The proposal was detailed and itemized so we knew exactly what we were getting. They began the work and he and his entire team were efficient, neat, proactive and got the job done on time with a very tight timeline. I was most impressed when we ran into an unknown, without being asked or prompted, Moses went back to the original proposal to see where we would be able to save some money to make up for it. That showed me that Moses really and truly cares about his jobs and his customers.
As a Realtor, I have many clients ask if I have a contractor that I can recommend. I have always been reluctant because I never had a good experience. That changed with Moses. Anytime a client needs a recommendation to a quality and trustworthy contractor, I know that Moses and Top Notch Contracting will be the team to do it! Moses has saved me and many clients from disastrous situations. When he is on it, he says “don’t worry” and with Moses, I know I don’t have to.

Brian from Top Notch was, dare I say, Top Notch! Anyone that has ever had to hire someone in construction knows it can be very difficult to find someone and even harder to find someone who is true to their word. They came for the estimate on time, removed their work boots in our home and then returned and repaired the issue exactly when/how they stated. The best part, I paid exactly what they quoted me! I will definitely use them again soon.
