We had a clogged sink drain that needed to be fixed and one of their plumbers named David was sent over. He arrived on time and did a great job, he was also very kind and respectful unlike plumbers from different companies that I’ve dealt with in the past. It was a great experience overall

I recently purchased a Victorian style farm house in Lexington and hired Denommee to handle all of my plumbing needs when I renovated both of my bathrooms. They were professional, courteous, neat and well priced. I will certainly hire them again.

Quoting process was very thorough, and we went over almost all options possible.

Pricing was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive based on a few quotes that we got. So from my experience you get great value for the service.

Scheduling is mostly where my experience was missing that 5th star. Change in scheduling happened about 3 times and so you'll have to be a little flexible because during material and labor shortages due to covid, I'm assuming this where the challenges are.

Installation was mostly all clean and went smoothly without any unforeseen issues. This was in about 4 parts: inside unit and compressor one day, outside and inside and basement lines one day, electrician assessment quick look one day, then actual electrician and final turning switch on.
There was a very minor issue that we ran into a couple of weeks later but they were able to resolve it within 24 hours at no extra cost. (Covered under warranty)

Jeo was top shelf: polite, professional, gave great explanations for what he was doing. He deescalated a stressful situation for us.

Joshua Luppold was great! Very informative, kept giving me updates and showed me the parts that needed repair and why. I appreciated him walking me through the processing and educating me. He’s awesome.

I called Denommmee Plumbing to have a toilet reinstalled. Mark & Nick came out within the hour and did an excellent job. They are both very nice & professional. I highly recommend them.

We had an emergency, a pipe burst in a greenhouse which is attached to our house ( even though we had heat on in there). There was no way to shut the water off and no one could come out to help us, including the company we have a maintenance contract with. The fire department had to come to shut it off. We had no heat or hot water. After making many calls, we were fortunate to find this company. They were helpful and kind, from the first phone call to Drew coming to our home within the hour and getting the greenhouse fixed until the pipe can be repaired, and our heat and hot water working. They truly do offer emergency service and were so professional and helpful. We are going to switch to them going forward. Thank you so much Drew for coming to our aid in such cold weather. I don’t know what we would have done without your expertise.

From my initial contact with Denommee, my experience was excellent. The person who called to schedule was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Joshua Luppold and Dave Pica arrived in the expected window of time. We needed our boiler serviced and a faucet replaced. Each explained everything about what they were going to do and each reported what was done. Both were knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely use Denommee in the future (in fact, I signed up for the yearly membership plan). I would highly recommend!!!
