I called Eddie based on a review online. He sounded honest and so I took a chance. He cleaned my heating furnace as replaced a valve.

He's honest, friendly and on time. I will hire him again. He's very communicative and didn't charge me for things that he originally estimated as they were not needed and also did extra work.

Eddie was able to fix a very tough blockage of our bathroom sink. I know this is a hard thing to fix because my husband who is extremely handy failed to fix it. My husband pushed a 25ft snake all the way out and couldn't find the blockage. And our sink which was never clogged for the 12 years we lived here was completely blocked overnight.
Eddie was able to clear it for us with a trick here and there. He is also a very pleasant person to talk to.
Compared to those corporate like companies, he also only charged a very small price for his good work.

The best experience I've ever had hiring a plumber. The owner, Eddie, was warm, kind, and friendly. His assistant, Simon, did a wonderful job replacing my garbage disposal and master bathroom faucet. Prices for labor were more than fair, and I appreciated him reaching out to me to confirm before the appointment. He really does care about his customers, and it shows. Will definitely hire him and his company again for future projects!

He is so kind, knowledgeable, trustworthy and goes out of his way to help and assist … Eddie also came to help me find the serial number of my garbage disposal in case it breaks! As I saw people write: ‘Eddie is your man’ and he deserves all the praise in the world.

Eddie just finished replacing a faucet on our bathroom sink. The project was not straight forward and required a skilled plumber to work through challenging obstacles. Eddie is very talented and stayed within the quoted budget. On top of that, he is thoughtful and a pleasure to speak to. I will definitely be calling Eddie again the next time we have any plumbing issues.

Eddie was kind enough to come check out an outdoor drain that’s been backing up & to give me a tutorial on the full system, potential courses of action, and pros and cons, including what he would do if it were his own home—all for no charge and on the same day I contacted him. Professional, on time, kind, and funny too! Will absolutely call him again for any plumbing needs & highly recommend him to others.

Best plumbing service in Lexington. I have hired them few times and they are the best. Paul is knowledgeable and humble guy.

These are my go-to plumbers when I need a repair or I want to upgrade a fixture. I have used them many times over the years for things like leaky faucets and new toilets. They generally arrive exactly when they say. They have good prices and do the job right.

All started with a leak in my heating system. Got recommended to kirkland and shaw. It was after hours so I called the emergency number and Craig called me right back and walked me through how to shut the zone off to stop the leak. Tom came out next day to look at it and tell me what they could do to fix it. Dimitri came out and fixed in a timley manner and did a great, clean job. Day later had another leak but further down the line. James came out next day and fixed. Prices were reasonable and customer service was above and beyond. Thank you guys so much for all your help.

Tom the manager was super rude. Called him to get a quote for a property. His tone was annoyed and his responses were sarcastic from the start. He muttered under his heavy breath "I hate people like this". When I heard him, he got shy and refused to repeat himself until I asked for his manager at the end of the call. He said he meant "real estate agents" when asked about who he was referring to. I obviously decided not to proceed with their services.

K&S is always very responsive to solve or complete a plumbing issue for me.

We have been a client of K&S for past 3 years. This past winter, the Rheem boiler had a leak but continued to operate. The parts (from a distributor) took forever but K&S stayed focused on the parts delivery. The boiler is repaired and working well. K&S stayed focused in resolving the leak; responded to an emergency call over a weekend and submitted a fair invoice for their service. Hats off to Paul, Tom, Craig and Misha

We have been having problems with old cast iron sewage pipes leaking over the years. The last two situations were handled by Kirkland and Shaw. We had a plumber on site the next morning each time, They knew what was needed and did in quickly and well. Highly recommend them.

Not only where they competitive in price, but they were thorough and professional in the installation and maintenance of the units. We have found our plumbers in Kirkland and Shaw. We'd been looking for our go-to plumbers and heard good things about Kirkland and Shaw. We needed a backwater preventer installed and Paul and Demetri (and one person whose name I don't know) did great job. Paul was our point person and was very responsive and careful about doing the job right. Demetri and the other person did a great job with installation and cleanup, and handled the complications very well. They gave me advice about next steps needed due to the complications, and were honest about the limits of their knowledge on the subject. But they did get me a pointer to someone who specialized in what we needed. This was a top-notch job and I so appreciate their clarity and honesty.
