Eddie was there when we needed him to get our house ready for sale. He replaced faucets, a disposal, and put in new up to code drain traps in several locations. They were responsive and easy to work with.

Eddie is fantastic.He answered my call and sid he would have to come to my son's house to see what needed to be done to give us anaccurate price. He was on time , very polite and informational. My house is 30 years old and he pointed out that we didn't have the right shut off on the water line coming into our house. He scheduled a time for that to be repaired. Have worked with Eddie on a couple of projects, he got me out of a jam both time, and the timing was never great for him, but he showed up and took care of the issue. I read the Yelp reviews prior to contacting Eddie, the five star reviews are accurate. He responded to my quote request within Yelps estimate; as I was able to give a list of repairs from another Plumbers quote.

Eddie itemized his charges for each task and the associated materials. Provided this client with common sense, plain english, explanations and choices when and where appropriate, and was able to accurately estimate how much time each task would require.

I will be calling Drain & Heating Solutions for Any plumbing issue I have in the future. I fully intend to contract them for plumbing work when I re-model my kitchens and baths, as Eddie is the consummate Professional.

He was here for an entire hour, and had to come 2x never charged me. He was honest, professional did an awesome job! He had to get insulation all over him and work under ( obile home)in the dirt to install a pipe from wash machine to main sewer pipe. I would definitely w/o hesitation refer him. He finished much sooner than estimated so cost was less. Thank you Eddie!!! Works awesome.

Eddie came on Veterans Day when my main house drain clogged and couldn’t wait. He had a great manner about him and came just when he said he would. He approached the job and explained what he was doing as he did it. He was able to unclog the pipe in no time and he was on his way. I would fully recommend Eddie and drain and heating solutions for any drain and or plumbing work.

Our basement sink was backing up whenever we used the faucet there, and the faucet in the kitchen. I called Drain and Heating Solutions, and Eddie called back promptly, letting me know he could come by between 5 and 6.
When he arrived, we did a few tests to figure out the extent of the blockage, so he could pinpoint where to focus his efforts. It turned out the backup was in a primary, old iron drain, with an access screw that was rusted tightly. Eddie figured out a workaround, snaking a connected PVC pipe, and fixing the problem.
Along the way, he clearly and persuasively delivered his assessment of the problem and clearly, presented potential risks --and additional costs -- of certain types of repairs.
Took about 1.5 hours, at the end of his work day, and @$250.
No sign of blockage/backup 3 days later, and we're back in business.
I wouldn't hesitate to call on Eddie again, and I recommend him for your plumbing needs.

I called Eddie on Friday late evening (around 7.00 pm) because my tub was clogged. He came within an hour, very professional and courteous and unclogged the tub within minutes. It was a huge stress buster for us!! After talking with Eddie, I know now who to contact for my plumbing needs - no second thoughts!
