Chase Plumbing fixed my boiler's air separator issue quickly, efficiently and at a very reasonable price. I would say for me that was the best plumbing experience in the last 5-6 years.

I wanted to take a moment to personally recognize the outstanding service recently provided by Chase technicians on a gas fire high efficiency boiler system. The two technicians assigned were exceptionally thorough, professional, and knowledgeable from start to finish. They communicated clearly throughout the visit, explaining their findings and recommendations in a straightforward and professional manner. The system is fully operational again.

I'm writing this review to praise the expertise and professionalism of Chase Plumbing and owner Ian, even though I ended up going with another provider. I did an extensive search across highly-rated plumbers for my replacement heating system job. I felt very well treated by Chase Plumbing throughout the estimating process, and their communication was excellent. If you have a big plumbing job and you want someone who will take the time to understand your questions and priorities, I highly recommend calling Chase.

This was an annual furnace tune-up appointment and it was exceptional! Chase Plumbing arrived on schedule, got right to work, and when finished, answered all of my questions. I have been a loyal Chase Plumbing client for many years now; they have done a variety of services at my home from installing a completely new furnace and tankless water heater system, to plumbing for a gas fireplace, to plumbing for a kitchen reno, to replacing pipes in a bathroom shower/tub, to routine maintenance. I have NEVER been disappointed. Highly recommend.

Ian has been our plumber for well over 10 years, and we will never call anyone else. He and his team are top-notch. Everything is done with precision, and you can trust the work they do. They are also thoughtful about cost; they’ll never try to get you to do more work than is necessary and in fact, will point out if something could use replacing but isn’t critical. That way you can decide if you feel the cost is warranted, and you have full knowledge of what’s going on with your plumbing. Everyone on the team is super courteous, always on time, and neat! You would never even know they were there. They are also personable and happy to answer any questions you have. I highly recommend you call Chase Plumbing for anything you need. It will get done right the first time, and they’re very responsive too. An easy 5 stars.

I really liked dealing with Kurt rather than a parade of different plumbers, as wth a larger company. Since everyone was closed over the Jly 4 holiday he first tried to guide me in fixing the problem myself, being more patient over the phone than I'd have been. They he came a few hours after the holiday ended and worked diligently to diagnose the vexing problem and get it fixed. Best experience I'd had with a plumber and that's saying a lot.

I'm happy and grateful for Chevron Plumbing. They've cheerfully tackled complex situations in my old house. They're prompt and communicate well. Highly recommended.

Contacted Kurt at Chevron for assistance with a gas range disconnect/reconnect during our kitchen floor installation. He was able to accommodate on short notice and right before a holiday weekend. Mike and his assistant were punctual, professional and completed the job as described.

Kurt was very responsive, professional and responsive. He appears to take pride in the challenges of his profession. Work was done in a timely and neat manner. Kurt was also very transparent in the work he was doing and the supplies/fixtures he was providing. His pricing was also very fair and you could tell he was not out to price gouge you.

Curt and his guys were great. We had a long, long list, having just moved into our home. They to care of ALL of it in one day, with flexibility and professionalism. We'll go to Chevron for all of our needs moving forward. Highly recommended.

The plumber fixed our leaky pipe and was very skilled and knowledgeable. They responded and where on time. For a bathroom major clogged drain and needed a new pipe fix, I highly recommend chevron plumbing.

I reached out upon recommendation from a friend and was not disappointed. Kurt and team were quick to respond, fit me into their schedule immediately, and came to the job prepared. He worked quick to assess the problem and was able to not only fix the issue, but help me prevent it would not happen again. He then took the time to explain to me what had gone wrong so that I would know in the future. 10/10 would recommend.

Water heater died and Chevron was able to quote a price, remove the old one and put in the replacement in less than 24 hours. The guys were super professional and walked me through everything I needed to know. Would recommend them to anyone.

We had a broken valve kit in the tankless water heater. Kurt is very responsive and professional. He asked for pictures so he could figure out what materials were required. Mike came on time with the right parts and delivered an excellent job within the time window that was promised. We would definitely their service in the future.

My radiators stopped working, and with these cold nights and me having 2 young kids, I was panicking. I went onto Facebook for recommendations, and a lot of people recommended Chevron Plumbing. I called, and they were at my house 3 hours later and my babies are back to sleeping in their nice warm beds. The plumbers were kind, fair, trustworthy, honest, and efficient. Great experience with Chevron Plumbing. Kurt (owner) was responsive and knowledgeable when I was setting up the appointment. The plumber, Mike, was professional, expert at his work, and courteous. Appreciated the upfront pricing info, too.

Hot water heater stopped heating overnight. Kurt was able to quickly dispatch two of his techs when I called in the AM. They came in, put booties on their shoes, and quickly and accurately diagnosed and fixed the issue. Gave me a clear explanation of what they did, some watch outs for the future if it happens again, packed up and were on there way.

Chevron has a nice communication package that texted me prior to their arrival etc.

I was very happy with the service I received from Chevron! First, I was thrilled they could come so quickly for a non-emergency job. Then they arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the job, worked cleanly and respectfully, and were generally very helpful! When I need services in the future, they will be the first ones I call.

Chevron Plumbing is excellent. My water heater began leaking over the weekend. I left a message and received a call back immediately to assess the situation. Luckily it was not an emergency, but they still came out first thing Monday morning to fix the problem along with a couple of other issues they identified that could have become a nightmare down the line.
