I am a first-time customer of Chase Plumbing and I am very happy with the service they provided. We called them and we were able to book an appointment within reasonable amount of time. The day of the appointment, Joe called us within 30 minutes prior to arrival, and he entered our house using protective booties and proper ppe. He was very polite when communicating to us. After he was done fixing our water heater, he explained to us the issue and how he fixed it. He also answered to all our questions. The quality of his work was impressive, and we are very satisfied with him and with the services of Chase Plumbing.

Professional, clean, polite, trustworthy. Leak was not repaired the first time ( trainee learning experience ). Called to report the leak. Within the hour they were back and corrected the problem. No more leak.

Chase Plumbing has been very responsive to my plumbing needs for several years. Over the past year, they've replaced two shower valves as well as the house's pressure regulator. Their time and cost estimates are quite accurate and the plumbers on site have been very professional. I am happy to recommend them.

The old pipe under our kitchen sink corroded and was leaking into our basement. I called Chase Plumbing and was cheerfully greeted by the helpful Sarah who noted the urgency and had 2 plumbers out to us within 3 hours. The guys were very friendly and professional. They had to go and get additional parts as the kitchen and basement pipes, disposal unit and traps needed to be replaced. They soon returned and completed the work in a fairly short amount of time. The price was very fair too. I would highly recommend Chase and will go back to them should another plumbing issue arise.

My first time working with Chase Plumbing Co. was great. Sarah Shabo in the office walked me through the scheduling, explaining fee structure and the proposal from the plumbing staff. She had asked for information on my situation and welcomed me sending her a number of pictures with explanations of what had been done before and my questions of the best way to correct the problem I was having. She was easy to reach and wonderful to work with. On the day of the appointment, I got a call to let me know the plumber was on his way. Tom arrived with Mike and the two of them couldn't have been friendlier or more patient and instilled confidence in me that everything would be done well. They came with protection for their shoes when walking in my apartment which is company policy and very thoughtful and which I had not seen before from other workers. They did a great job solving my plumbing issue and making sure everything is working properly. They were also very efficient with time and I was charged a very reasonable amount. We recently had Chase Plumbing extend our outdoor gas line for a gas grill. They were very professional and provided us with a quote before the work began. They were on time, on budget and courteous. Chase also did the plumbing for our entire new construction house. While we didn't have direct contact with Chase during this (they dealt directly with the builder), everything has been running smoothly. I highly recommend Chase Plumbing.

We have used chase Plumbing several times over the past 3 years and are super pleased with their knowledge, honesty and quality of service. They helped us avoid unnecessary expense on the purchase and installation of our replacement kitchen faucet. They have unclogged our kitchen drain due to gunk from the dishwasher and gave us great advice on how to keep our drains clear without harsh chemicals. They replaced a broken valve in the dishwasher causing water leakage on an urgent weekend call. The tech went above and beyond to find a very unusual part thay was needed. After a failed shower valve caused extensive water damage in our house, Chase Plumbing was an amazing resource and superb in helping remediate. They willingly worked closely with my insurance company, kept everyone informed, and accommodated other schedules more than they should have been asked to. It made a stressful situation much easier. I called Chase as they have done some small jobs and installed a new water heater for us over the years. Always excellent and this was no different.

Tom and Keith are professional guys. They came in time and did a thorough examination to the sink and valve. Finally they got a conclusion that there was no leak. The water stains should be caused by escaping water from shower surround. Will call you guys in the future if there is a real leak!

Recently we had issues with the plumbing in our shower and we thankfully were referred to Chase Plumbing as a top pick to solve our issues. Kurt and Cullen from Chase, arrived promptly today and respectfully introduced themselves. They even covered their feet while carefully arranging areas they needed to access. Not only did they successfully coordinate with the town to shut off the water during their work, they also efficiently and effectively completed their work in less time than it took me to eat my breakfast. To say that we are fans is an understatement... We highly recommend these "Water Wizards" for their honesty and expertise.

Our 1955 house had a slow leak coming from an original pipe in the basement. Chase came within a few days and quickly replaced the entire section of crumbling pipe with minimal damage to the ceiling. They had to open a hole around the pipe and tried to keep it contained (I'm grateful!). They got the job done in just over 2 hours and left the space clean and tidy. Will absolutely call them again for plumbing needs (urgent or not).

This review is long overdue. I had Chase come over for a clogged toilet, and during the snaking process, the drain pipe was damaged. After I complained about it over the phone, Chase sent out a different crew to come over and fix it without any additional cost to me.
Now more recently, I again called upon Chase for a slow drain situation. Not only did they fix the problem, but they also identified the underlying issue and gave me a reasonable and sensible estimate to fix it, and the whole job was completed cleanly and quickly. I must thank Tom and his apprentice, Robert, who were super professional and very knowledgable, and explained everything precisely and patiently. I'm now a customer for life.
