Refreshing to know that the company is responsive, keeping me updated on arrival time. Once they arrived, they were very professional, quick and just great to deal with. The repair was completed in a timely manner and double checked to insure that there wasn't any other hidden leaks. I would highly recommend this company without hesitation..

They were professional, and did good work. The prices were fair and they supplied two different quotes for work. They communicated through the whole process. They replaced a hot water heater for us, and we are very happy. Overall, it was a great experience and we will use them in the future for any other needs.

Chris was quick and responsive he was able to replace the waste pipe in the basement in a few hours and also fix the water pressure in the kitchen. His crew was great and they clean and put things back in place where it’s needs to be. He charges a fair price. If I need him to do any other work, I would call him again with no hesitation

I went to Ferguson looking for premium water heaters with self cleaning features and they've got the State Proline XE 50 gallon power vent which look great, easy to install and work great. I called the store first and the person on the phone was friendly and attentive. It's a relatively small store that doesn't have every part that we need so I had to make a quick pit stop at Home Depot for a few items. But with small shop come personalized attention and I wasn't surprised when they wheel the unit out to my van and help me load.

The water heater took my contractor just a few hours to install and he was really impressed by the electronic pilot ignition. He has done tons of water heater installation and this was the first that he've seen. And now that's it's up and running it's a true workhorse that everyone in the family can appreciate. The unit is not cheap, it's over $400 more expensive than similar model at Lowes but I think the premium is worth it.

Now I see why the HomeServ technician sends me to Ferguson and tells me to avoid the lower end mass produced model at Lowes and Home Depot. I highly recommend Ferguson and will be returning for all my plumbing supplies.

Our water heater burst at 1 am on a Friday night. We called Perricone home services and they were here within the hour. They isolated the leak and returned at 7 am that morning with a new water heater to install. The whole experience from start to finish was great. Quality service, punctual and fairly priced.

Darren brought booties so he wouldn't trash the floor and rugs. He was installing a new dishwasher. Very neat and clean with drop cloths you would not know someone was in your home! I highly recommend Perricone Home Services.

Older house, cabinet not quite standard, required a bit of extra work to make fit. But was done without extra cost or fuss. Work completed well, cleaned up, easy to work with.

We had a no heat emergency and decided to call Perricone Home Services. They answered the phone immediately and had a plumber out within the hour. There were a couple of parts on our boiler that had failed. Luckily, Darren, the technician, had all the proper parts in his truck and got the heat up and running that night. I was very impressed with their ability to handle my heat issue smoothly and quickly. Highly recommend!

I was having issues with my water heater so I reached out to Darren and he was able to give me a no pressure quote of both repairing and replacing.
