When I met with Darren as I was explaining to him the issue I was having he was very attentive to the issues. He gave me 3 quotes on how to repair the plumbing issues. Once my wife and I choose the best quote that would best for us. We schedule the work to be done. Darren was on time work on stop only took a break for lunch and let me know he would be back after lunch. When the job was complete the area he worked in was very clean like it wasn’t no work done. He explained all the work that he had done. We are very happy with his work and will call him for any future plumbing issues or repairs I need. I highly recommend Darren and his company.

Darren Rania did a terrific job installing our new dishwasher. He single-handedly disposed of our old one, moved in the new machine, and installed it. He then tested it and explained some of its features. He worked nonstop to get the job done in record time. He also pointed out that we'd need new shutoff valves under our kitchen sink, but that job could wait until next time we had a plumber over. We appreciated his careful work and would recommend him highly.

Darren just replaced our tankless hot water heater. I called on a weekend and he answered the phone and was out to diagnose the problem in short time. He explained the issues and provided multiple options with no sales pressure. When we had our basement finished, they spray foamed over the pipes and partially over the hot water heater. He basically had to dig it out. The work was clean and professional and at a reasonable rate.

Darren is a skilled professional. He performed an extensive plumbing conversion from dated iron pipes to PVC. He kept me apprised of his progress and detail as to the schedule. Oct 29, 2025 we had an emergency. Oil burner died. We attempted to contact several Plumbers. One whom stood out the most and replaced our Burner was owner/Darren from Perricone Home Services out of Chelmsford, Mass.
1st) initial call under stressful circumstances was totally, professional, reassuring, customer friendly. Darren first class communicator with this customer! Next day, Oct 30th, owner Darren was on site, professional, courteous, and quickly gave us all available options and his recommendations.

Darren was referred to us by my mother-in-law who had a big plumbing project done by him and couldn’t say enough amazing things. We reglazed our bathtub upon moving into our new home a few years back. It was the original cast iron tub from 1960, so we figured it was time to update since it was giving us a lot of trouble with chipping, mold, and water not getting hot enough. We had Darren come take a look and he quoted us for the tub demo, installation of the new Sterling acrylic tub/surround, new piping. He also saw that our downstairs stack piping was all crumbling since it was also the original cast iron, so he recommended updating that to PVC. He also saw our water pressure was way over 100 psi, so he also added a regulator. He also mentioned he’d do our flooring in the bathroom since our tile was cracking and the demo of the tub would make it worse. Upon removing the tub, he came across some severe water damage to the joists and wood under the tub. Luckily, he has a lot of carpentry experience so he quickly was able to replace all the wood and make the entire area under the tub extremely strong and waterproofed. He self leveled our floor, waterproofed that, and installed the new lvl wood flooring as well which looks incredible. I met him up at Floor and Decor, and he picked out a few options that he recommended. Not only was his work exceptional, but you could tell his attention to detail was off the charts. He also kept our entire house so protected and clean. His communication was also the best - keeping us informed by call/text throughout each day he was here and was very quick to respond. We are so lucky to have met Darren and be able to use him for this multiple layer project and having him be able to do it all was extremely helpful. Give him a call for any plumbing or bathroom remodeling needs - you will love him and your experience. So happy to know we have him for any issue going forward! Very happy with Chase Plumbing and I would use them again. We had a bit of a plumbing emergency and within 24 hours, they were able to get me an appointment and a new toilet to replace the shattered one resulting in my poor decision at DIY work at home.

I highly recommend Chase Plumbing Inc. My bathroom sink was clogged due to age. Attempts to fix the problem by other plumbers did not work. I called Chase. They responded right away.
