It was a pleasure doing business with this company, from initial contact, when Ian came a 2nd time to explain the work prior to the contract being signed, to final installation of the new boiler system. This was a significant job, including the installation of a new heating zone in the basement family room as well as installation of a high efficiency boiler and hot water tank. The job was completed according to the schedule in the midst of a heat wave, and the quality of the work exceeded expectations. Tom and Mike remaimed pleasant throughout, even when answering my 100th question. I wish all my home improvement projects went this well.

Chase plumbing are truly amazing (Kurt and Cullen) fixed our newly installed gas/electric cooker so that it would be flesh against the backsplash. We had a plumbing emergency, a pipe seemed to have burst in the 1st floor bathroom and sprayed everywhere and leaked through to basement ceiling. I called Chase. The woman who answered was very empathetic and helped get a plumber out within 30 minutes. She was clear about the pricing and payment terms. The plumber was very professional, also empathetic and brought booties to wear in the house. I didn’t ask him to do that, so many contractors don’t! Excellent experience with Chase Plumbing replacing our gas fired hot water heater. Was able to get the estimate easily by speaking with Joanne and sending a few photos. Work was done in less than a week (not an emergency) and the plumber was on time (actually early) and did a very professional and neat job. Very pleased and will use Chase Plumbing again.
